Every time I order a matcha it has chunks of powder and is never blended properly:( this is the 3rd time I’ve attempted to get a correctly made matcha here and I now give up. I hate to complain but I always end up paying 7-9$ for a drink that isn’t even made right. :( the baristas are always nice though.

There's a reason why no one likes going to Starbucks anymore. How are you going to pay & on top tip for a hot chocolate and it's not even full?

The coffees came quite fast, but this place is dirty. Looking at the working area you see a lot of litter in the ground & honestly seems to not have been mopped for some time.

Sorry but 20 minutes to get a coffee and breakfast sandwich is unacceptable. Extremely disorganized and poor management of staff.

I’m from California and was heading to Salt Lake City. I ordered tall Carmel ribbon crunch 2x shots of expresso and my husband venti Frappuccino and let me tell you the service was amazing and our drinks tasted like what we ordered. Nothing like what we get in California! Love Cali but we need to work on our customer service a bit

The employees at this location are the absolute best as well as the one in cedar city utah by Walmart, but the one here at red cliffs go above & beyond with helping me pick out a drink for me & my family for what we are feeling that day & always answer or find out the answers for the ingredients & calories! They even made an extra fall iced apple crisp oat milk coffee that was absolutely delicious & they offered it free of charge! I mean they really are an amazing group at this location!
Slow workers. The lines are ALWAYS long as hell and our mocha fraps always come out like ice coffee. MELTED.

This locations customer service has consistently gone down hill. I just got home from picking up my order and not only was it wrong the first time, but the barista took the drink back from inside our car and made the “new drink” that was completely melted on the bottom when she handed it to me and not frozen at all. I then asked if she had any free drink coupons as my order was wrong. She looked at me and rolled her eyes saying “I don’t know” slammed the window on us and then came back with a card and handed it to me slamming the window again. The other surrounding locations do a great job with accuracy and customer service, this one is disappointing as it hasn’t always been this bad.

They got our drink mixed up so we went back to have it remade. The second time it was burnt so I asked for them to remake it again and they did which I appreciated. But the next coffee was burnt too. At that point I’m just going to take my loss and not have them keep remaking it.

Not impressed with the customer service here. Ordered a $3 drink but was charged $8 because I “didn’t have the app” even though I was never told I needed that in the drive thru.
