They need to find a better way to package. Uber eats orders. They almost always spill, and whenever they do spill, I have to take extra time to come back, have them remake the order and then re-deliver it. Whenever that happens, that means that I miss out on more earnings because of their awful packaging system. Hopefully they fix this soon.

I received the wrong order again, and it's unacceptable. I specifically requested oat milk, yet this seems to be a recurring issue. This isn't the first time I've faced this problem. I rely on the drive-thru for its convenience due to my busy schedule, but it's incredibly frustrating that my order isn't being processed correctly. Itās clear that there needs to be better communication. Staff should actively listen to patrons and repeat the orders back to ensure accuracy, rather than guessing.
