I am legally disabled and at times I lack self awareness, I put my mother in a nearby nursing home due to her progressing alzheimers. I have been struggling trying to figure out what it all means for me as my situation got very dire as I am on limited income... so I would stop by this location and try to decompress and think over a coffee. I was abrubtly stopped by the Target security who told me they were "protecting their employee's" and needed to speak to me?!??? I was confused... apparently I was spacing off while facing their counter and a young lady deemed me to be staring at her?? How would you know if I was staring at your or not if you WERE NOT ALSO STARING AT ME!?!?! I tried to explain my situation and my disability to the security guard and was simply told to either never face the employees again or I would need to leave. I asked if I was banned from Target? and they said I was not. How am I going to order anything if I can't face the employees? When I checkout with a cashier do I walk up backwards to them? I don't understand how someone needs to be protected from "staring"? Did they have a traumatic experience losing a staring contest as a child? I have never been sooo humiliated by this experience. I get that I lacked some self awareness but I simply was kinda going through a lot and just kinda bogged down. As a disabled adult, I am bogged down due to my disabilities and the emotional and financial situation just really left me gutted and still does. I hope your young employees and security guards learn what is and what is not a threat and also learn basic empathy and self awareness of their own. Awful experience.

Stopped by to grab a drink before heading back home to Cedar. Absolutely the worst experience with Ana who ended up throwing straws on the counter after I asked for some. Very lucky I had my kids with me. What a joke of an "employee". If you are that miserable then maybe go work in the back so no one has to deal with your crap and smug attitude. What a joke!

Girl at the register told me if I didn’t like my drink she’d make me a new one and my taste buds are weird being pregnant so I tried it and didn’t love it and asked if I could have them make me something else then they made me pay for both. Weird communication.

Sully is the best employee there! My little toddler was choking on a food product and Sully vaulted over the counter and performed two backflips and saved my child from destruction. Sully even made my drink with such a love and care that when I got it, hearts were coming out of drink. Target/Starbucks needs to make Sully the CEO!
