“With steak so expensive, I get to enjoy a filet once a year. I’m not expecting a “cut with a fork” filet at Outback, but I’m glad they gave me a sharp knife! The filet served gave up a good fight, not wanting to get cut. It was very stringy and grizzly.
The young lady serving us was just wonderful. A great kid with a bright future!“

“I would be honest this probably is the best restaurant in the whole state of Utah, this dying experience it is no match anywhere else and I recommend to anyone to try. It is a must. It is expensive but it is worth every penny.“

“On our anniversary vacation, we had the opportunity to dine at Utah's Rib & Chop House in St. George, Utah.
I ordered the Elk Strip while my wife ordered the salmon. I don't recall having eaten elk before in my life, but I gotta say, it was good. The meat was delicious and didn't sit heavy at all once eaten. My wife said the salmon was the best she had eaten.
The food and the service were top notch. Eat there. Your tummy will thank you.“
