We passed through on a road trip, and I was very pleased with the experience. We were greeted and helped immediately after walking in, and the sandwiches were delish. Our sandwich artist was helpful and upfront about add-on costs, which I appreciate. We would definitely recommend!

The employee working was sitting in the lobby eating snacks and visibly rolled get eyes and then came back to make my sandwich without washing her hands. She's was extremely rude and acted as if she HATED helping out guests. She also informed me that she would need to charge extra because I wanted extra olives even though I didn't add half of the other condiments available which I have never been told at any subway before. I totally understand that employees don't make the prices, but if she had simply been nicer an upcharge wouldn't have felt so out of pocket. She was so off putting and rude that I almost walked out before she even finished making my sandwich.
