Ordered a tuna sandwich and was given an extremely thin scrape of the very last tuna in the container. I politely asked if more tuna could be added, and when a fresh container came out, the manager stepped in and said anything more would be “extra,” claiming I already got my portion.
I clearly didn’t. Paid full price for very little.

Luke is killing it with the subway on sunset, easily the cleanest subway I have seen in years. The team was super helpful and efficient- even the trainee, Gage, was awesome. I’ll definitely be putting subway back onto my list of eating out options because of these guys.

Awful experience, the young man working was very rude. I was trying to use coupons I got sent in the mail. He tried 3 of them and none of them worked. I asked him why he was insinuating I had already used them and I was trying to use them again. After the 3rd one he realized it was the system. He stated he was going to give me a deal, with a free bag of chips. Then he changed it and acted like he didn't say that. And I was lying. When other customers heard him too. He didn't cut my foot long and sandwiches were made sloppy. One just had veggies in the middle like he was being funny, the 2nd had 1 piece of onion, 1 slice of tomato, 1 olive, etc. He was complaining about not having any help in the evening time. I couldn't believe his behavior and the way he prepared the footlongs. One we ended up tossing away. We didn't feel comfortable eating it with the way it was made and his rude behavior. If I would have had my phone with me I would have recorded everything. It says a lot about an establishment that I don't want to be giving my business to when the employee demonstrates behaviors of being irritated, rolling your eyes, smacking your gum, didn't answer questions my acquaintances had and asked if we couldn't see the menu and what did the menu say. We were trying to hurry and order because you kept rolling your eyes. It's my fault I wasn't paying attention to how my sandwich was made. I thought it would be fine with ordering exactly how the sandwich is made.I didn't know this location only uses plain white or wheat bread. Establishment is nice and clean. And I liked it was open a little later. All though I won't be back.

Only giving 3 stars as the lettuce and some of the veggies looked like they had seen better days! Staff were nice and friendly but salad including tomatoes, lettuce and cucumber did not look fresh at all

Slowest experience I’ve ever had super displeased and they cut me big time on portion size compared to every other subway when I asked if I could have a little more she charged me for double too super slow probably a 30 min experience to just get one sandwich the older lady working today was awful and you should consider finding a replacement

The restaurant was very clean and inviting. We bombarded them with 5 hungry sandwich eaters at once but still received our food quickly and the guy making our sandwiches was very particular with how the sandwiches were presented. Delicious food and a great experience! We’ll be coming back for sure!
