We got 4 foot long sandwiches and there was a promo for members if you get 4 foot longs you get 1 free. We put in our number and we didn't get the 4th one free. While making our sandwiches we could tell she was hurried and didn't care about customer service. She wasn't helpful in resolving the promo situation. Not worth going to this location

I ordered delivery it took an hour and I literally live around the corner, it got here and this is the most nasty sandwich , bread was old, out all 5 orders not one was right, the bread was soggy on all sandwiches, the veggies looked like they been out all day and looked to be a few days old tbh I'm so disappointed my kids begged for subway and I'm a single mom with no help so this was defiantly suppose to be our eating out for the month and it was literally the worst I ever had I'm so upset cuz I literally had to throw away $56 dollars !! Whoever is working tonight at subway on bluff street the evening shift is careless and I bet they would have never ate the sandwiches they served tonight ! Their needs to be an adult with the teenagers working there and if it was an adult that's shameful !! Hire better employees subway
First one is supposed to be the teriyaki chicken and it's just chicken. There's no teriyaki sauce in there and I asked for teriyaki sauce on it as well. Second one I put on it a little Pepper to see there's so much Pepper. My daughter couldn't even eat. It did cucumbers were old. The tomatoes were literally mush Third one was supposed to have pickles on it and you can see the lettuce on all of them is old and discolored and slimy!! My kids wouldn't even eat it. My oldest ate his because he wanted it so bad but it just looked just like these other ones.

I saw one of your workers smoking in the employee only bathroom, said toaster was broken and said they were going to check if they had something in the back went to “the back” for 3 minutes and said they didn’t have it but when I came back later they did.

The service was great and personable. Store was clean. But the white bread was dry and almost crusty. I did not have it toasted and the bread was flat.. it was wierd. Normally you get that soft bread taste and feel... nope not here. It was deflated and dry

This was a doordash order. The dash driver was perfect. The Subway on Bluff street is terrible. I was charged for items that the staff knew were not on hand. The rotisserie chicken salad had an entire can of pepper on it. I had to throw it out. I contacted the store, which was less than helpful.
A young man , name sawyer was incredibly kind and made a beautiful sandwich for me .

I ordered online for pickup. When I got to the store at the time the app quoted for pickup my food was not ready and there was a line backed up to the door with only one employee working. I waited at one of the only clean tables for the employee to get to my order.
15 minutes past my original pickup time my order was finally ready.
I'd be upset but this guy making the sandwiches handled the entire line from order to checkout all by himself and he made one of the best subway sandwiches I'd ever had. Kudos to this guy who was working.... Less kudos to subway for not giving this guy backup at noon on a workday.

Walked into this location today to order food service was quick and easy however, there’s a gentleman that works there with glasses longer hair, who is giving very snarky and smart responses to simple request that I was making going forward would be nice to see that not happen anymore, and to see request be met with a smile instead of a smart response.
