We ordered two footlong steak and cheese subs, both with extra meat and extra cheese and both toasted. No chips, no drinks. Just the two subs. Between the DoorDash fees, tip, and the upgrades, we paid a premium - almost 50 bucks for 2 subway subs! We were *meh* ok with the price - you pay for convenience, EXCEPT, we didnt get what we paid for. The subs were lackluster at best. There was no extra meat there was barely any meat at all.They weren't toasted. Maybe microwaved because the cheese was melted, but the meat was tepid, even cold in spots. And they didn't even cut them in halves!That last is a silly complaint i know, but if they can't even be bothered to provide the basics.I've been to that location in person before, and they usually do a pretty decent job. Twice now, with delivery, we've been disappointed.Apparently they'll skimp on you if you're not there to watch them!

Not so good. Below a sub's standard! I'm taking....waaay below...ocean depths below. "Sound the warning", says the Captain, "they're dropping depth charges"! "There's a Sub in the way, matey". ......... "Ah, we're safe now lads....whew...that was close"! "Let's get out of here". "Aye aye Captain" yells the first Mate, with a sigh of relief....

Subway business hours are written to close at seven o'clock. It was closed at 6:45 when I arrived. Rubbish. I won't be going here next time

We were traveling through and stopped for dinner. We were in line around 8:40 pm. The girl was helping a mom and a couple of kids. By the time she was done helping them and after we sat in line for 20 minutes the worker informs us they close at 9:00 and now we need to leave. She refused to help us. I asked for the managers number, I called several times with no call back. Terrible customer service.

Someone please for the love of God explain to your employees that a wrap contains the same amount of meat as a footlong. I just had an employee tell me it's the same as a 6 inch. I constantly have thus problem. Your website clearly states its the same a footling.

New Manager the past few months ?. I stop here often as its my kids favorite sandwich shop. Not sure of her name. But she's wonderful! Always kind, helpful, intriguing to talk to, cares how you want your sub. Always a pleasant experience. Thank you!

No offense to the fine staff at Subway but the prices are way too high and the quality of their sandwiches is way too low. The bread looks like bread but tastes of nothing. Meat portions are smaller and only reminiscent of real food. Only the veggies tasted good. Pick a locally owned real sandwich restaurant and leave subway to those with no taste.
