I was in today around 30 minutes ago, and one of the employees was being very unprofessional. She was continuously talking to customers about how her previous jobs were gross and cockroach infested, was referring to her drinking habits(i dont believe that this person was over 21), and general disturbing topics that should have no place in a food establishment!! Safe to say I lost my appetite, however the sandwiches were good when I finally found the stomach to eat them. In addition, this person was cussing constantly and hardly working(her coworker was doing well with picking up slack). I don’t see myself coming back to this Subway unless this employee isn’t there.

Worker was very nice to talk to as I was getting dinner, and had a smile on his face even during what looked like a midnight rush. Worker also made my sandwich super fast and I thought it would spill out but it somehow stayed in tacked 10/10 skills

While waiting in the store to pick up my online order, an elderly gentleman came in and didn’t have a phone that could use the Subway app so he could redeem the current BOGO deal and the young staff member behind the counter was extra helpful and patient and found a way to take care of the customer. Very impressed with the customer service!

This was the most bizarre restaurant experience ever. My family and I stopped in a few nights ago bout 8 pm after a late movie. I immediately noted the time because as we were approaching I noticed the young employee's piercing stare at me seemingly thinking "please don't come in I'm about to close" but it was only 7:57. We entered and that same icy cold and piercing stare continued the entire transaction. This red, curly haired boy caused me to feel the most uncomfortable I think I've ever been in a restaurant. We'd planned to eat there but I couldn't spend another moment in that kids presence so we got it to go. The food was still great, the employee was not. Hoping he was having an off day and that's not how it usually is for other customers.
