Brennan took care of us, me and my dear old parents, the day my uncle died. We went to get food before a long travel right after being with him until the end. And Brennan was the kindest person to us as we stood there, ordering, with us trying not to cry. He didn't intrude or anything, he just served us and then quietly paid for our meal from his own pocket. What a kind and decent human being. And the food was really good and this location still has the classic subways, like the cold cut combo.
Kindness like this matters. People like this matter and make a real difference in the world, and everyone should get food here. And appreciate every day.

While waiting a female employee decided to have a breakdown and went off on another employee in front of customers. The male employee, Nick, tried to get her to stop and leave but she wasn't listening to him. She went and looked like she was making a sandwich and when Nick finished up with his guest come to help us she got in front of him an rudely said I got it. She started our sandwiches but wasn't listening to our requests. Nick came out and advised the girl that a manager told her leave and she just raised her hand at him. We finally got our food and left. It was very uncomfortable. Nick handled her as best he could and was very professional.

I was in today around 30 minutes ago, and one of the employees was being very unprofessional. She was continuously talking to customers about how her previous jobs were gross and cockroach infested, was referring to her drinking habits(i dont believe that this person was over 21), and general disturbing topics that should have no place in a food establishment!! Safe to say I lost my appetite, however the sandwiches were good when I finally found the stomach to eat them. In addition, this person was cussing constantly and hardly working(her coworker was doing well with picking up slack). I don’t see myself coming back to this Subway unless this employee isn’t there.
People were nice and helpful but the place was understaffed and dirty and the produce was absolutley nasty
