None of the teenagers that work here have a single social skill. That sounds harsh but when I entered there wasn’t a single “hi” or “just a minute” or anything. I stood there for like five minutes looking at the menu and waiting for someone to take my order but was totally ignored. I finally spoke up and tried to say hi and ask for help but was ignored. I practically had to yell to get someone’s attention. And then when we’re FINALLY ordering, a different employee comes up to the girl taking our order to complain about scheduling while I was literally saying my order. The manager should give these teenagers a crash course on customer service.

Were very busy and rushing around. In house orders were slow and not coming out in the order they were taken. Caused a little confusion. Not very nice about fixing it helping.

Love all the swig locations but my boyfriend and I came here last night - waited about 30 minutes if not longer in the line, there was about 5-6 cars in front of us! Also, need to mention while in the drive though line, the back exit of this swig location is where it seems they dump all there excess gross water (maybe mop water is my guess) right in the drive through line for all customers to see, and it’s not pleasant. It’s disgusting.

I came in here 2 different times. On 2 different days. Everyone in here is so rude and passive aggressive. They make it so obvious that you are an inconvenience to them for coming in store. Pick a different location if you want swig.

First time coming to this swig location. It was busy, but we waited 30 minutes for a single drink. If you must know it was a diet coke with coconut syrup, so simple. Was not impressed with how they ran things. The drive through was prioritized over everything. And as someone who has worked in fast food I can sympathize with the ruthless drive through. But man 30 minutes for one drink? Nuh uh.

I had a great experience at Swig! The service was fast, the drinks were delicious, and everything was super clean and welcoming. A big shoutout to Carly. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. She really made the visit extra enjoyable. Definitely coming back!

We came in with a group of 6. The drinks were all warm and didn't taste like anything but the base soda that was ordered. None of the flavorings stood out. I ordered a frozen hot chocolate ninny muggins which was not frozen when served and my husband had to remind them 3 times that they still hadn't made my drink. They were too distracted with socializing behind the counter to get the drinks done and flavoring right. We were the only ones in there at the time of ordering, so it wasn't due to being busy. Highly disappointed and wouldn't recommend.

I worked under two managers, Chase and Channing. Chase, my first manager, gave me a final warning for an incident where I was perceived as “negative.” Before he left, he acknowledged my significant improvement. However, Channing, who arrived a month later, terminated my employment for showing no improvement, even though I hadn’t done anything wrong. Channing couldn’t provide a reason for my perceived negativity and rarely worked with me. To make matters worse, she let me go in an unprofessional environment, surrounded by customers in the lobby. To add insult to injury, Channing also engaged in negative conversations behind her manager Jenna’s and Chase’s backs.

*Edit: they seem to have fixed things. Been going at the usual times lately and haven't had any issues in a while.

LONG wait times. Not sure what's happened recently, but they used to be able to clear a long drive through line in under 5 minutes. I've been in this drive through going on 23 minutes now, and I'm no where close to the window. Thid has happened the last 4 times ive been here. This is a recent development in the last month or so. I used to come several times a week and my car barely every stopped moving. Now I'm putting it in park and turning off my car every time we stop. Please fix whatever you changed recently. You're making soda, not a 3 course meal. There's no reason to be taking this long!

when i got up to the window today to get my drink there was no one there to greet me. instead there was someone talking very loudly about another coworker they didn’t want to close with. the main girl that i could see and hear talking looked at me made eye contact and STILL didn’t greet me. she then looked away and continued to talk bad. i really love swig and the environment but today the environment was bad and as someone who is in the service industry i would NEVER do this to a costumer.

When we got to the window it was wide open the people inside were yelling and very clearly talking bad about other coworkers. they didn’t greet us until they handed out the drinks. As a costumer I do NOT want this type of service. I don’t want to hear about how you don’t want to close with Anthony the whole staff was talking about it very loudly and very clearly. I mean they could at least close the window
