LONG wait times. Not sure what's happened recently, but they used to be able to clear a long drive through line in under 5 minutes. I've been in this drive through going on 23 minutes now, and I'm no where close to the window. Thid has happened the last 4 times ive been here. This is a recent development in the last month or so. I used to come several times a week and my car barely every stopped moving. Now I'm putting it in park and turning off my car every time we stop. Please fix whatever you changed recently. You're making soda, not a 3 course meal. There's no reason to be taking this long!

when i got up to the window today to get my drink there was no one there to greet me. instead there was someone talking very loudly about another coworker they didn’t want to close with. the main girl that i could see and hear talking looked at me made eye contact and STILL didn’t greet me. she then looked away and continued to talk bad. i really love swig and the environment but today the environment was bad and as someone who is in the service industry i would NEVER do this to a costumer.

When we got to the window it was wide open the people inside were yelling and very clearly talking bad about other coworkers. they didn’t greet us until they handed out the drinks. As a costumer I do NOT want this type of service. I don’t want to hear about how you don’t want to close with Anthony the whole staff was talking about it very loudly and very clearly. I mean they could at least close the window

The kids that work there are great.They know their job and they do it well.I'm not a soda fan but my kids like it
Mine and my partners drinks were amazing. So yummy and I love that there was on option for light ice. They were super busy so it did take longer than I expected to get our two drinks. I pretzels looked good but I was still full from lunch

I’m not one to post a bad review. However today was one we arrived at the drive thru at 9:25 and we waited our turn even though the person in front of us took their time we got told that they were not taking anymore orders. They could of at least took our order because we were in line before they were closed.

The store is very simple and uncluttered with comfortable seating as well as barstools along the windows. The woman at the register was very helpful suggesting options for our consideration until we settled upon the strawberry refresher and a mango refresher. Both drinks were fresh and tasty.
