Usually this location is on point at the busiest hours but this visit at 4pm on a Saturday with no one in the drive through its a shock that the food line was obviously overwhelmed and/or inexperienced.

Drive through cashier charged me for two drinks I didn’t order, then didn’t give me my change, nobody came to the window when I knocked multiple times, and I had the window slammed in my face while I was trying to ask for my change

The manager here sucks. She was extremely rude and unorganized. She made us wait for half an hour for 4 tacos. And why the hell is the bathroom locked at a restaurant?!!
Taco Bell is my weakness. It is my guilty pleasure. I can't get enough of their quesadillas, cantina chicken tacos, and chalupas. I usually use the drive through and have no issues there. The service is good. My orders are almost always done correctly with nothing missing. Using the app to order then picking it up in the drive through makes it especially easy.

Portions are so small for the price. It tastes good, but I expect to be fed when I buy a meal.
