I told the cashier that the jalapeño cheddar sauce she gave me had less than it should have, and she told me that another one costs extra. I paid for something that wasn't correct. Poor service. They should properly train the cashiers; they don't do a good job.

I go to this Taco Bell on a regular basis normally they are very good but this time I got home and I didn't have one drop of hot sauce they asked me at the drive-up if I wanted some and I told them yes I guess I'll have to check my bag from now on. Just had my hip replaced and I'm not going to go back and get the hot sauce you would think they could remember the hot sauce they sure remember to ask you for the extra money to donate. I just wasted $10 put the food in the garbage.

Went in the drive thru, got asked all the questions...still missed half my order,3tacos mia...receipt said all sauces...only got mild. The girls running the window are too busy talking to eachother to get the orders right. Guess I'll just visit the one all the way in town if I want tacos.

I ordered 2 sausage burritos and an orange juice for breakfast. The orange juice was a dingy, very dark orange color (not a bright orange like orange juice normally is), so I refused it. The sausage burrito was probably 90% egg, 5% tomato and cheese, and maybe 5% sausage. I called the manager. She (9:45 am 10/22/25) said there was nothing she could do as that's just the way they make them. If I wanted an egg burrito, then I would have ordered it, but I wanted a sausage burrito. I'll never go back to St George Sunset Taco Bell again for breakfast!

I ask for sour cream on my tacos and they never know how to put the sour cream on. I’m pretty sure you charge me extra for it and it says on my receipt that it should be on my taco and yet there’s no sour cream. I also tried calling the store to complain and no one at this location can answer the phone because I called multiple times back to back and got and nobody picked up.

I’m sorry, I don’t love leaving terrible reviews, especially on fast food because you know what you’re gonna get right? Not great. I have been to this location with my family MULTIPLE TIMES to give them a chance… But this is genuinely the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. It has very few redeeming qualities, if any.
This time it was 2 wrong food items and an ice cold 3rd. It was a 3 item order…
Bonus points to service for the manager not being rude and unhelpful like last time. Mind you I don’t think she was there, which helped!
Slow drive thru, unbelievably grim and sad looking front lobby, dim and unwelcoming.
If you have ever had a good experience at any Taco Bell, steer clear of this one. This will ruin your idea of the brand.
Besides there’s more than one taco bell in St. G, only time I had ever came to this location was due to distance convenience. I’m regretting that action again now.

Tonight I waited at the drive thru speaker for 15 minutes. To the point cars behind me were honking. I kept asking if anybody was there with no response. I saw a sign saying “if you are hard of hearing please pull forward and order at the window” so I pulled forward, knowing ordering at the window was a possibility and maybe they couldn’t hear me? When I got to the window the girls’ attitudes were horrible and told me I had to go back in line after waiting 15 minutes. Would that change if I identified as hard of hearing? Horrible horrible customer service. Wont be coming back!
