Horrible service at night! They were out of a few things and were super rude about it. We couldn’t even get our order after we paid for it on the app. They didn’t know how to help us cancel it so I’m still waiting for my money back. Would leave zero stars if possible. Manager is useless!

it was good food don't get me wrong, but it took like over 15 minutes for us to finally get our order taken (it was just us there) then I get my food, and there isn't any beef in my chalupa 😭 and I asked for light lettuce and tomato and they instead gave me none, so I have beans and cheese in my chalupa, making a very sad taco. Anyways like I said, it was good, just a bit disappointed, I understand y'all might be understaffed though so that's why the ratings a bit higher

Forgotten items, items not even wrapped in the bag; just set in paper and falling apart in the bag. Usually this location is on point at the busiest hours but this visit at 4pm on a Saturday with no one in the drive through its a shock that the food line was obviously overwhelmed and/or inexperienced.
