The food was at least good. The people working (besides the cooks) absolutely suck and are just plain lazy. They are installing all these self checkout spots and the cashier's just stand around on the phone and outside smoking rather than doing their job. Exactly like the last couple taco Bell's I've been too the damn cook had to come up and bag my order and give me my drink cup. Taco Bell has always been a kinda crappy but convenient restaurant but it's just getting ridiculous these days. I understand working easier and more efficient but my lord you have to actually do the damn job you are being paid for. Crap is ridiculous

Hey courteous and knowledgeable service member jumped at the chance to assist us with their order since the automated option was not working. We had a simple meal consisting of crunchy taco supreme and burrito supreme. It was great and provided all the nutrition that we needed. We look forward to returning.

Paid $19 for 3 regular tacos and one medium burrito! TB actually pays big bucks to a CEO for this kind of value? Will go to a buffet next time and get all I can eat for the same price! Taco Bell has become Taco Bum.

I got food. But I had to order it on the kiosk. Not a fan of having to order food myself. It is not like I get a discount for doing someone’s job for them. They were out of forks, so my wife ate her bowl with a spoon. And when I asked the worker in the back to look for it, he seemed disgusted I asked him to do anything. Overall Taco Bell has just been going downhill. I payed $12 for a meal that used to be $5. And I was not full when I was done. My quesadilla had hardly any chicken In it, etc. won’t be returning to any taco bell for quite a while.

It’s Taco Bell, not much else needs to be said. I tried the “gelato” last night, and it was more like shaved ice than it was gelato. Very disappointed because the online advertising made it seem entirely different than it was, and $4 for that tiny cup of NOT GELATO was not worth it.

You guys need to figure out your customer service I stood waiting at the counter for someone to help me for 10 minutes and when they came to help me they didn’t even say a word and just had a terrible look on their face the whole time
Their food is fresh. We had the taco salad. We ate it for 2 meals there was so much there. The prices were very reasonable too.

I had a order get mixed up a whole back and when it got "fixed" my custom item had no meat in it at all. They let me come in and get a whole new order!
Recently I had the mobile app charge me twice for a custom order but the order never was received by the store. They still ended up making the order even tho they technically didn't have to since they never got a receipt or order number from the app!
