We called into denny’s for some lunch and we were served by Tanner S. He was so so lovely to us, asking where we were visiting from and giving us lots of tips and things to do in Utah. He was so kind and very very professional. We had a lovely chat with him. Food service was pretty quick and made sure we had everything we wanted. Gave us the check after but didn’t make us feel rushed at all which was lovely. Makes a meal 10x nicer when having staff like him!!

Food was ok but service was very slow. A lot of noise came from the kitchen but without results. Tables were not clean. Many peoples to serve you but were discussing between them. Really poor service.

Unreliable. Ordered a meal through Uber Eats about 2-2 1/2 hours before their closing time. Card charged, order confirmed, waited for almost an hour only for them to cancel out of nowhere.

Husband and I ordered through Door Dash and were apprehensive about a virtual kitchen.
We were pleasantly surprised. The
burgers were great and so were the beer battered onion rings! Fresh ingredients! Was a good dinner and we will definitely order again.

We were there October 22 , 2021 . It was not crowded but we waited over 40 minutes for our breakfast and I must say , without a doubt , that was the worst food I have ever tried to eat . It was not only cold but my bacon was barely cooked, I asked for extra crispy , eggs like rubber and my Husbands steak was so thin you could almost see through it and no flavor . We could NOT EAT IT . Never go back there and we go through Cedar City alot . It was really really BAD !!!

Well, 530pm and Door dash say temporarily unavailable and YOUR site does not even have Cedar Listed... so I am calling you out. The person that said I should be able to order.. REALLY you're full of it or your site needs fixing since I am the average customer and have gone above and beyond to order a burger from your Burger Den which is the only GD thing Dennys has going for it. Due to COVID, there is limited seating and minimal staff, I understand...that aside, I found the service there awful. We got there and were waiting on the rest of our group. When it was clear that we were all there and ready to order, no one came. The waiter instead went to every other table and took orders, never mind that we were there before all of them. Very disappointed, got up and left after 50 minutes with no order placed. Do not recommend at this time unless you have all day to spend in there.

On a positive slant, it's open for dine in despite the Covid outbreak. But check for the closing time. Apparently Cedar City does not hold the lion's share of Utah's Covid cases, so inside dining rules are relaxed here. I did notice that there was some attention to sanitary conditions. And it seems the menu is more streamlined now. I was staying in the motel directly across the road, and I was entitled to a 20% discount. So the whole chop-steak meal, even with a fresh fruit cup upgrade, came to only $7 and change. Not skillfully prepared and my potato choice was the wrong one, but better than having to order takeout somewhere from a fast food seller and sit by the curb and eat. So expect American diner food at a fairly reasonable price. Bring a mask for while you are waiting. One older guy was sneezing up a storm.
