I stood by the register for 10 mins within site of staff and not a single hello or even a courtesy “we’ll be right with you” they just went on about what they were doing until one of the girls walked in front of me. Then she let me know she’ll help me in a min. The place is not that big to where they couldn’t have at least acknowledged that i was standing there.

The food was pretty good but not the best like any other donut shop
The service was meh they didn't greet us but everything else was fine. They did things pretty fast like telling your order at Costa Vida then almost instantly getting the food.
The space was clean though don't think there's bathrooms. Theres a place for coffee and stuff like that. Plenty of parking on week days.

Delicious donuts and kolaches!! Emily was super kind, gave several recommendations and was very approachable. Really wishing there was a Donut Run closer to Salt Lake!
Unbelievable breakfast donut. Got the sausage. egg and cheese. The bread surrounding it is amazing.
Ordered 2 Kolaches, 4 donuts and two cups of 3-shot espressos. Spent $30! 3 years ago this was the best donut shop in St George. Donuts were dry and only received 1 shot of espresso and waited 20 minutes. Watched while they served other families instead of making my coffee. Will never go back as they have officially lost my business.
The old fashion donuts were delicious and so were their fritters. But the Kolaches were truly amazing. The sausage and gravy one was so delicious. So good, in fact, that by the time I had gotten home I had eaten both and ended up turning around to go get more. Go as early as you can. It will be worth it.
12/24 - Tried the buttermilk bar this time. Very good. A little crisp on the outside and cakey in the middle. Still prefer the old fashioned over the bar though.
Cake donuts are Uncooked, Gooey and literally Wet inside. They used to be good but not anymore. There is a woman who is rude too and wears a extremely dirty apron. We Will Not be returning. Save your money and go to Harmons.
You know I love me some donuts. Always a fan of the donut run. Simple and Delicious donuts. The kolaches are Devine as well.

Went in over an hour before closing (3 PM) all the machines had been shut down and I was told only drip coffee was available. Paid $4 for a basic coffee and it ran out before it even gave me a full cup.
I can't stand places shutting down over an hour before their ACTUAL stated hours because the worker is just trying to leave early...
$4 for a half cup of basic coffee is insane

Donuts were not fresh, bordering on stale. May have been overcooked. I visit relatives in St George regularly. Stopped at Donut Run at 6:00am on a Thursday on the way out of town.

I pulled into the drive through this morning around 6AM. There were people in the lobby but I was the only one at the drive through. It appeared that the girl inside may have been working alone and was slammed with inside patrons so I had no problem with the fact that it took close to 20 minutes for her to get to me, after all, those amazing kolaches are worth every minute right?
When she did make it to me, she said I was supposed to have placed my order at the sign rather than pulling up to the window, and that I would have to pull around the store and get back in line, as it would be disrespectful to the woman behind me if she were to take my order now (seriously???). I mentioned that all I wanted were 3 kolaches and I was paying cash. She said she "would not serve me unless I went to the back of the line" which now had grown by several more cars.
I told her the same thing I will tell you. I will not be back. It's a shame because I have LOVED this place and nobody in town can come close to the amazing kolaches and other goods made here. I will miss this establishment dearly.
