Of the 3 times I’ve stopped by here I’ve had nothing bad service at this location.

Went in over an hour before closing (3 PM) all the machines had been shut down and I was told only drip coffee was available. Paid $4 for a basic coffee and it ran out before it even gave me a full cup.

I can't stand places shutting down over an hour before their ACTUAL stated hours because the worker is just trying to leave early...

$4 for a half cup of basic coffee is insane

Donuts were not fresh, bordering on stale. May have been overcooked. I visit relatives in St George regularly. Stopped at Donut Run at 6:00am on a Thursday on the way out of town.

I pulled into the drive through this morning around 6AM. There were people in the lobby but I was the only one at the drive through. It appeared that the girl inside may have been working alone and was slammed with inside patrons so I had no problem with the fact that it took close to 20 minutes for her to get to me, after all, those amazing kolaches are worth every minute right?

When she did make it to me, she said I was supposed to have placed my order at the sign rather than pulling up to the window, and that I would have to pull around the store and get back in line, as it would be disrespectful to the woman behind me if she were to take my order now (seriously???). I mentioned that all I wanted were 3 kolaches and I was paying cash. She said she "would not serve me unless I went to the back of the line" which now had grown by several more cars.

I told her the same thing I will tell you. I will not be back. It's a shame because I have LOVED this place and nobody in town can come close to the amazing kolaches and other goods made here. I will miss this establishment dearly.

The buttermilk bars are amazing! They only make them on Fri-Sat which I'm pretty sure is a form of discrimination against the other days of the week you need breakfast...and the only reason I'm not 300lbs.
Everyone behind the counter has been extra friendly and helpful. A great experience all around.

The food was bomb. Forgot what I got but it was a bunch stuffed with egg, cheese and sausage! Reminded me of a breakfast Manapua!

Update: I've tried them a few more times and actually feel like they've improved. We were excited to try them, but they were pretty average at best. I honestly prefer Lins or Harmons donuts. They are convenient if you are in the Bloomington Hills area, but I don't think I would make a special trip for them. Hopefully the high school and middle school will keep them in business.

Parking: Large shared parking lot.

Kid-friendliness: Kids love doughnuts

Wheelchair accessibility: You'll have to open the door

Ordered 4 dozen glazed doughnuts to be picked up by myself, not door dash. Received a notification stating they received my order. The notification also told me they would notify me what time I could pick up my order. The next notification told me my order was complete. Went to pick up the order at 2:30. The business had closed, however the business hours posted said they didn't close until 3pm. The person inside opened the door and said they received a door dash order to be picked up at 12:45. They said they didn't have the doughnuts anymore and didn't know how to refund my order. I left without anything in hand, no explanation, and no refund. Beyond that the business needs to remain open until the hours posted. In addition, the associate needs to be trained on how to handle online orders/refunds. They said this wasn't the first time this has happened in the past. Poor business ethics, training, and management.
