Delicious donuts! Amazing kolaches! I've been a few times now and it's great! The Kolaches reminded me of the ones I've had made from the multi-generational Czech family businesses in Houston Definitely worth a visit!!

Kenzee was the employee working today, and she was amazing! So nice and friendly! Will definitely recommend to friends and family, not only because of her but also the donuts! 11/10 Recommend trying!

Update: I've tried them a few more times and actually feel like they've improved.We were excited to try them, but they were pretty average at best. I honestly prefer Lins or Harmons donuts. They are convenient if you are in the Bloomington Hills area, but I don't think I would make a special trip for them. Hopefully the high school and middle school will keep them in business.Parking: Large shared parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Kids love doughnutsWheelchair accessibility: You'll have to open the door

Ordered 4 dozen glazed doughnuts to be picked up by myself, not door dash. Received a notification stating they received my order. The notification also told me they would notify me what time I could pick up my order. The next notification told me my order was complete. Went to pick up the order at 2:30. The business had closed, however the business hours posted said they didn't close until 3pm. The person inside opened the door and said they received a door dash order to be picked up at 12:45. They said they didn't have the doughnuts anymore and didn't know how to refund my order. I left without anything in hand, no explanation, and no refund. Beyond that the business needs to remain open until the hours posted. In addition, the associate needs to be trained on how to handle online orders/refunds. They said this wasn't the first time this has happened in the past. Poor business ethics, training, and management.

Found my new favorite donuts and donut shop right here at Donut Run! I am a donut critic and they by far have the best old fashioned and cake donuts. The texture is perfect which makes it so fantastic. Not just the best donuts but the employees are fabulous and so friendly. I wish I would’ve asked the cute girl for her name today who helped me put together the best dozen donuts just before they closed as I was in a panic to find some for Halloween tomorrow. Huge thanks to her!! I don’t eat donuts often but when I decide to have a treat, my first choice is to visit Donut Run!

Very poorly run, multiple times I’ve shown up to order and the shop will be closed during its operating hours. There isn’t a working phone number either. Heard from many others who have had the same problems, save yourself the disappointment and avoid this place!
I love this place. They have a good supply of what I want all the time. Their glazed donuts are huge and delicious! I get donuts every Saturday and I am never disappointed. Sometimes they give me a freebie and I don't get that anywhere else it's so thoughtful. I'll be a lifelong customer!

I've enjoyed their kolaches in the past, but found a long hair in one (which happens, admittedly) and the customer service, when I reported it, was less than satisfactory and seemed slow to offer a solution (which was that they'd give me "something" free when I came in next time). I haven't been back, but I'd hope that they'd at least replace the $5 kolache.

Donuts have always been fresh. Friendly staff and clean establishment. After a summer in CA, I feel like lots of places really go light on the frosting. I was pleasantly surprised when I came home and found Donut Run. They have the perfect blend of donut to frosting. Definitely a win for me.

Great local shop. I swear the recipe changed for the better because their doughnuts are now amazing and fluffy and full like a good doughnut should be. Customer service is warm and friendly. You will be happy you came.

Awesome donuts! Came here before a sunrise trip to Zion and the service was amazing and the donuts were just as good. I had the raspberry Bismarck, and a Bavarian creme and they were filled to the gills, great amount of filling and a great tasting dough. Would definitely recommend!
