Service from Claudia was fenomenal. Driving to the parks I decide to stop for lunch. Claudia was there apparently waiting for me, with that unexpected greeting. WOW! I got the Sta Barbara hamburger with the greens beans. Hot and tasty delicious food! I will come back in my way back home.

I introduced myself to the site manager Claudia because during our visit I not she was yelling at certain staff (uncalled for) and continue to be on her personal phone multiple times behind the counter while serving food to customers and then to top it off that grossed me out wAs touching the food of costumers with no gloves bare hands with her phone still attached to her ear and serving the food she touched. I noticed and was uncomfortable from what I've seen and asked her for her name and pointed out not touching the food bare handed and using her phone in front of members and she continued out of spite doing the same manners after I confronted her about how unprofessional it was. I would like to personally talk to higher up management because she is so wrong.

We ordered to sandwiches. The first one came out with lettuce and we asked for no lettuce. The second one was supposed to have bacon add but did not. It seemed they did not pay attention to the modifications. The food was amazing all the same though. The roasted cauliflower is in right now and was perfect.

Burgers are good. Fries are good. Lemonade is amazing. It's disappointing that two burger meals from a fast food joint is now over $30, which is nuts, but the food is good. So I am good with giving 5 stars.

dirty slow and trashy. the short manager, claudia is disgustingly rude. you can see the quality is going down & prices are going up that is why the place stays empty! never coming back!!
