I felt like I was in a meat locker in there. I asked if they could turn on the heat. I had a long sleeve sweat shirt and rarely cold. The guy said he couldn't unless there was a consensus. There were only 3 others at the time. I said could he ask if they are cold or comfortable and he said he would not. I noticed 2 people at different tables go out and get sweaters and 2 at the 3rd table never took their jackets off. The guy that said he would not adjust kept rubbing his arms to stay warm. He you refuse to ask customers if they are comfortable read the room. My option was to freeze or sit in car with the dog. The food was fine but could not enjoy because of temp

Unfortunately, I had an awful experience with Anita. I’m a door dasher, and I went in to pick up an order. Anita didn’t greet me, instead she directed me to the shelf where orders are placed. She didn’t even ask first, she assumed. The name on the order wasn’t mine so I waited. Anita turned around and asked me “what do you want?”. Shocked at her rudeness, I said, “I’m sorry, that isn’t my order. I’m just waiting.” She grabbed the ticket on off of the shelf and said, and I quote, “Do you know what the great thing is about working for door dash is?, you don’t need to accept those orders, and my boss is the general manager and I interviewed for it. Therefore, I’m not giving you this order and don’t ever come back.” She then threw the ticket in the trash. I had to call the customer to explain what just happened and unassigned the order which, caused the customer to not get it.I am appalled at Anita’s customer service and towards a door dasher. I’m sure the general manager will ask her what happened and look at camera footage, I’m in the hotel management business here in town and I’m familiar with the process of bad reviews. Her story will be different so I truly hope that appropriate action be taken. A personal apology from Anita and the promise of never treating a door dasher or customer like that again might be acceptable. It all depends on her “attitude”. In response to her words of never come back, I have a job to do too.

Updating today 2/14/24. The manager is super nice! She was helpful and patient and when my son changed his order like 4 times she didn’t get annoyed, and then she complimented him on how polite he was. It would be so nice if all customer service staff is like this.

First visit and we will be back! Fantastic staff that are friendly helpful and fun. Just go and experience for yourself! We had a teriyaki burger that was really juicy and delicious. Next time though I’ll ask for no pickles or tomato. Just didn’t seem to meld with the pineapple. I wish they had a chicken teriyaki sandwich (hint hint) We tried the sweet potato fries and tempura string beans and YUM they were both amazing. And what’s in their sauce? The fry and ranch sauces were so good. The condiment bar has complimentary hot peppers (variety) and other sauces (hot?) We are going to go again and try different things but overall this was worth the stop.Parking: Lots of stalls and accessible ones too. However, caution certain days and hours because it’s a busy shopping plaza and traffic gets things jammed up. I had no trouble Tuesday around 5pm.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.

First off the food is always amazing, and consistent. Secondly, Anita has always made our experience more enjoyable. My bf and I love coming here and go often, Anita recognizes us every time, she makes the experience personable, and we enjoy the atmosphere thank you Anita.
