My bf went in inside to pick up our 2 COMBO orders, when the front hostess brought out the food with no drinks, my bf thought that was odd. My bf asked where are the drinks, and the hostess proceeded to say it does not come with drinks. That none of their food comes with drinks. My bf had to go out to the car to grab my phone to show him the email order that shows drinks are included. He apologized and gave us our drinks. It's obvious they're stealing money at this location. You're better off going to the Melt Down the road.

The worst sandwich ever ! The melt was one slice of cheese not melted. I had the tri-tip it was like trying to eat a tendon sandwich and no pride in making this sandwich. Go somewhere else.

This is not a standalone business

The Meltdown isn't a standalone dining establishment. We were visiting St George around dinner time. Found this place on Google maps, and navigated there. Turns out it's actually a Denny's. Upon further investigation we found out, from their website, that The Meltdown is a pickup and delivery service only. Seems like this listing is purely a delivery arm for Denny's Melted sandwiches and not a standalone place. This caused a lot of confusion and ultimately lost them the business for the evening. Instead we went to Wingers a couple blocks away.

it was so-so. Two of us got burgers and one got the chicken fried chicken. They used to not over cook the chicken fried chicken but now they do. Every time. The burger was good but very greasy. Service was slow but the guy was there by himself til another showed up to work. In their defense, they have signs everywhere that they are hiring.

Very disappointed they took more than 2 hours for r food..food was on the stand but they would not give us our food..2 waitress were fighting over whos food was ready...it was a group of softball team and none of our food was ready..very disappointed never going their again..

We always eat at dennys n we love their salmon menu. Yesterday we were there … ordered salmon broccoli mash potato n 2 slice of toasted bread meal for 2. And we ordered pancake we split it with my husband n ice tea for my husband. While waiting for our order another waitress she looks like Chinese/Asian get the tray where the jam salt pepper container. Why on earth that she will get it there r a lot of vacant table. N return it just damp it . Anywhere where she wants. We noticed that she did not do a uuwi thing that tray/ did not replace anything. So when our waitress arrive with our order we told her we did not do it n sorry it’s on your way n we don’t know what to do. We r happy n excited to eat our favorite menu at dennys but we r very very frustrated. The salmon n mash potatoes are way tooooo salty… as if they want to poison us. We r both senior n salt is not good. This is the ist time that happened to us at dennys. We like their salmon menu that’s why we keep on going back. I squeezed 2slice lemons to lessen the salty flavor but it too way salty So we look for our waitress she was outside on her duty shift smoking cigarette (we saw her at the window glass so we called the waiter at d next table. we told him the problem n called our waitress. The waitress was nice.. we know that it’s not her fault it’s the one who cook. She apologized telling us that all their salmon are like that it is pre marinated. So she cannot do anything about it. She keep on apologizing. She did not offer or give a solution to the problem.. just keep on apologizing.. meaning u have to eat it. We continue eating my husband keep on complaining that it is too salty but he eats it all.. he don’t want hassle. But he stress me out. In my case I cannot bear with it. Besides I am paying .. it’s not free !!! The waiter come forward again if he can help us.. I told him that it’s way too salty n he go inside to talk to the manager.. The manager did not even went out to asked how was the food, the service etc. So here comes our waitress asking again for apology but not offering a solution regarding the problem. I told her I want another one but I suggest that I will just bring it home. I told her to lessen the salt i or seasoning. But he suggest not to put the seasoning. So she handed us the tuna in the take home container n she leave. We call the waiter that it is so blunt n dry n where is my mash potatoe n the seasoning. We did not leave a tip for the waitress… We are not happy with the service n with the salty tuna n mash potato. Unfortunately I forget my umbrella n the waitress run to give it to us. My husband thank her. But in return the waitress talked to my husband May my husband stress against n make him guilty by not giving tip for her because she said they r making money thru tips n dennys is only giving them $2 per hour. Tip is given heartedly not that u ask… we give tip if we r satisfied with the service. We want also to get the attention of dennys management about the salary of the waitress it should be minimum wage. U r a big business n that’s the way u give wages. If u want your ur business profitable u should make your employees happy n if they r happy they give good service n customers will b happy too n will b coming back.

After visiting Snow Canyons State Park, I stopped here for lunch. Like many restaurants, they are understaffed and apologized in advance for the inconvenience. My server (Shanna) did a very good job. The food was very good although it seemed there was a little too much sauce with the Bourbon Chicken Skillet. But I still enjoyed my lunch and would eat here again if I'm back in the area.

Great service and food we will be back. The manager Wendy had a great attitude and fast service. I'm glad we went there after a long day of travelling. This helped to make everyone feel better to have some good food and great service.
