Usually love this place and come when it's not busy around 2-3pm, but when we arrived at 3, it took 20 minutes for anyone to even know we were waiting and when someone did come out, they asked us what we needed and it felt unprofessional. Our service was great and very quick once we were actually seated, no complaints on the food or seating either. We could hear people in the back talking and tried to get their attention but didnt want to walk into the kitchen. I was bringing a friend who has never been before, and it was not a great first impression.

Maybe the worst Italian food I’ve ever been served. The linguine Alfredo was tasteless and my wife’s chicken caesar came with rock hard bow tie noodles and almost no caesar dressing. All in all a terrible dinning experience.

I have been dinning at the pasta factory for 25+ years and in my opinion this is THEE CHICKEN ALFREDO PASTA that one NEEDS to have in life! I do at times enjoy the olive garden BUT without a doubt the pasta factory easily puts the olive garden in last place! The pasta, bread sticks, sauces and salads are a GO!! patio dinning, clean restrooms, great service, punch cards that easily offer future discounts. House made ranch dressing! Need I say more...

This is one of those very popular places to get some great italian foods. Upstairs serves pizza's and the downstairs has the pasta dishes. You can get full of half portions which are great options. Friendly service to please you. You will go back again.
The pasta and Alfredo chicken was the best ever. Prices for lunch are unbelievably low. Thanks for a GREAT lunch. Salad and Raspberries/Vinigarette superb.

We sat outside to be seated quickly. The evaporative coolers made it pleasant. The service was great. The food was good, but not great. We need gluten friendly options for our family so that is why we picked this place. We would probably skip it in the future. Pricing was in the fair to slightly over priced range from my perspective.

Been going here for over 10 years but lately the service has gone wayyyy downhill. They’ve got a super snotty server that’s there every time we go and it’s laughable every time how rude and snotty he is. Tonight we placed a to go order and I asked the girl if I could get the sauce for our two full plates of pasta on the side in a pint… she said she’d have to charge us for the pint… I asked how much sauce a full plate of pasta comes with and she said a 4oz… so you’re telling me if we dine in you’re only putting 4oz of sauce on a full plate of pasta? That’s some dry pasta… when I asked for clarification she got all snotty and gave a bratty attitude. Yuck. also paid for 4 extra breadsticks and they gave us 2… overloaded our salad with banana peppers to the point that it was 50% lettuce 50% banana peppers. Seemingly on purpose because my asking about how I was being charged offended her in some way. Used to be an awesome place to eat but the past 5-10 times we’ve gone have been laughably bad.
