We sat outside to be seated quickly. The evaporative coolers made it pleasant. The service was great. The food was good, but not great. We need gluten friendly options for our family so that is why we picked this place. We would probably skip it in the future. Pricing was in the fair to slightly over priced range from my perspective.

Been going here for over 10 years but lately the service has gone wayyyy downhill. They’ve got a super snotty server that’s there every time we go and it’s laughable every time how rude and snotty he is. Tonight we placed a to go order and I asked the girl if I could get the sauce for our two full plates of pasta on the side in a pint… she said she’d have to charge us for the pint… I asked how much sauce a full plate of pasta comes with and she said a 4oz… so you’re telling me if we dine in you’re only putting 4oz of sauce on a full plate of pasta? That’s some dry pasta… when I asked for clarification she got all snotty and gave a bratty attitude. Yuck. also paid for 4 extra breadsticks and they gave us 2… overloaded our salad with banana peppers to the point that it was 50% lettuce 50% banana peppers. Seemingly on purpose because my asking about how I was being charged offended her in some way. Used to be an awesome place to eat but the past 5-10 times we’ve gone have been laughably bad.

The pasta was both cold and not cooked thoroughly and the pulled pork sandwich was cold as well. The only good thing I can say about this place was the server was nice.

Well, 4 of us showed up at 8:58 pm for dinner. They closed at 9 pm and we were turned away.
The lady said she would rather go home than serve us dinner. Terrible Terrible Terrible customer service.
We ended up at Nonna Ina restaurant. Holy moly what an absolutely AMAZING dinner experience. Service was on point, the food was off the charts good.
We ended up spending $570.00 on dinner and drinks. They did such an amazing job. We tipped $200.00
Forget the Pasta Factory, goto Nonna Ina. Best Italian food for thousands of miles. That is one amazing place and the staff was fabulous.

We had a group of about 8 people. We were seated and were not attended to for about 15 minutes. I felt we waited too long to get up and walk out of this place. The waitress finally came around and took our drink orders and meals. It took another 5-10 minutes just to bring our drinks out. Either the waitress did not want to work or the restaurant was under staffed that evening. Food came out room temperature and had to ask for refills on drinks. Will never eat at this restaurant again. Poor service and mediocre food.
