Pizza factory is must visit for us. The recent visit was great, like always. Good pizza, great bread sticks and salad. And the kids love the spaghetti.

The pizza was so good! Brought out very quickly which we appreciated. Also the choices were unique and well-portioned!

I was really disappointed with this pizzeria. We had heard great things about it, but it was a let down. Teenagers ran the place and unfortunately not very well. The salad bar was a mess and we had to ask for more lettuce and cottage cheese.

The pizza was great. The salad bar was fully stocked and the place was really clean. Only complaint is it was terribly cold inside the building

Very costly for standard Italian food. Nothing special. Five dollars for a small salad one time. And $10 for an angel hair pasta.Very costly. Food came out at different times I was done eating with my pasta before her pizza came out. Because I didn’t want it to get cold. And then the breadstick showed up later.

It's 5 pm on Friday, but waiting was painful. Both are ordering and waiting. There was no place to sit, and there were too many unruly kids. The food was good.

Very disappointed in my dining experience. We were given a table and when we got to it , it was dirty. We were given another table and it was dirty but the cashier did come over and clean it. She was gracious and apologized. The music in the restaurant was awful. Not conducive to being able to enjoy our meal. Hard rock screamo . We asked the manager to change it which she did. I would not recommend this restaurant nor will I go again.

So disappointing!! I’ve been to the Pleasant Grove, UT location a couple of times and it was good so I thought this location would be the same. I should’ve known right when I walked in, the atmosphere was very different and felt more like a fast-food place than a sit-down restaurant. For a family of 5 it was $85 which is a lot for disgusting food. I’m not sure how you mess up pizza that bad. We should’ve went to Little Caesar’s. That would’ve been FAR better and way cheaper. I got the Margarita Pizza which had zero flavor and the basil on top was all burnt and wilted. Honestly, the salad bar was the best thing that actually had some flavor. This location is gross and not worth your $$$!

Staff is friendly, food is excellent and if it's your birthday, they make you a personal pizza with your age as the shape.
