Food here is always awesome, but last time I went through the drive through I didn’t get my debit card back. There’s now over $500 worth of fraudulent charges on my account, to numerous stores including Sephora & Best Buy.
I called to ask for a manager to sort the situation out, & was told there’s no manager available & they had no idea when a manager would be available. Not sure what employee served me that day, but I won’t be returning.

This place is a little expensive for smoothies. However it tastes amazing.
There also is a lovely sweetener however i have found that some people are allergic.

Flavor Explosion in my mouth. Great service. Very clean inside. Happy friendly staff. They made suggestions and help me out. Tasted great with quality ingredients. Easy access with good parking.

The service here has been bad lately. This used to be the only tropical smoothie I would visit because of the great service, but it has gone down a lot. I hope they're able to turn this around and not have rude drive thru workers continue to work the window.

Every time I come to this location, I am waiting so long to both order and receive my order. We’re talking like 20-25 minutes waiting in the drive thru lane for one smoothie.
