The Wednesday night crew killed it! Good quantity and quality. Compared to usual coming here I saw way more care. They prepared a more sizeable portion than usual, offered 2 straws for each smoothie, and were very welcoming. I am usually fairly pleased with this location but tonight was a home run

Very friendly but too expensive And honestly not that great. Ordered 2 smoothies and it was $20!!!! Not even very tasty.

Went there to order, she kept cutting us off asking if that was all. Then while i’m still
ordering says your total is at the window, I then told her we weren’t done and proceeded to order. When we got up to the window OUR DRINKS WERE WRONG, but she had closed the window already by the time we noticed. We tried to get her attention but she had her back towards us just on her phone, when we finally got her attention i told her and explained it’s probably because she kept cutting us off and she just laughed.

Went to Tropical smoothies cafe on Tuesday afternoon. It’s soooo hot so I was excited. I walked into the lobby and was the only person in there. The girl making smoothies looked over at me but didn’t acknowledge me. I walked up to the register and waited a few minutes. The person working the drive thru walked over and saw me, didn’t say hi, and left. I waited a few more minutes and then just left. It’s too bad since it was my first time in. I love to leave good reviews so I’m bummed to write a negative one.

The smoothies and food is great, they got my food and drink out quickly and it tastes great. There were just a few issues with the staff. I can't have sugar and asked one of the girls what is in the acai base. She asked on the monitor and no one answered her so she said "I have no idea sorry" and returned to her work. One of the other girls asked what happened and she shook her head, not trying to find anything out for us or let the other members know so they could help. we had to ask another girl who did find out the information for us.
Second issue- I ordered a dilla with a side of banana, it came and there was corn? I don't mind too much but for some people this would be a problem.

Really upset! Gone here tons of times loved the food and smoothies and now they are trying to get tips in the drive thru! The manger said it was normal and i was so caught off guard by this statement and will probably never come back! Also was surprised they pulled there machine out the window so i could tip them!

Just came through here 30 minutes ago. Amazing food, horrible employees and customer service. Was falsely accused of being rude to a drive through employee. Was good mannered, said thank you and everything. At one point I swore out of frustration because they wouldn’t accept $50 bills, but not once was I ever mean to an employee. Come here multiple times a week but will not be coming here ever again.

Ordered food as I was not able to leave work. I ordered on tropical smoothie website and they hired door dash. I get my food with in a hour. I spent $22.21 on a flatbread, smoothie kale slaw and chips. I get my food 1st no straw for my smoothie, I take lid off tastes like nothing! Open my kale slaw apples were brown and soggy smelt rotten and old! Called to complain and they can’t refund me over the phone. Like I paid and ordered food to be delivered because I could not come over there! Idk very very disappointed and upset about this!

I am pregnant with my first baby and I haven't enjoyed food at all this whole time, but yesterday I ordered the turkey bacon ranch sandwich and it was soooooo freaking delicious I honestly ordered 2 more in the same day lol I would argue that was the best sandwich i've ever ordered before. I would die for a life time supply of that sandwich <3 Thank you so much!
