Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I haven’t been to this place much but when I came in, they were more than accommodating, super friendly, efficient and helped present the menu in a way that made sense to me. The food is wonderful and very delicious. I would recommend trying the spot if you wanna decently healthy meal!

The Hawaiian Breeze Smoothie really varies in quality, but I give them some grace on this because it's off their old menu. Sandwiches, flatbreads, etc. all good.

I wouldn't recommend this store. I ordered açaí bowls with Nutella, and they forgot to add the banana and Nutella. They added banana slices and Nutella after I pointed it out, but the final result looked nothing like the açaí bowls I get from other Tropical stores in town. I'd rather go elsewhere.

I asked for a southwest wrap. They only put in chicken and egg. THAT’S IT. They didn’t put in the rest of the ingredients stated on the menu. WASTE of my money.

Ive been a long time customer of tropical smoothie but no more. I cannot believe the attitude from the new general manager. She was disgustingly rude, I feel bad for the nice employees who have to work under Mo. Or was it spelled with an H?

We love this Tropical smoothie cafe location. My favorite is the "Peanut butter cup smoothie" & my wife loves the "Sunrise Sunset smoothie" or the "Bahama Mama smoothie".

Sent my sweet boyfriend to pick up my mobile order and he was met by nothing but rude employees. Paid too much money to be treated badly.

First time I've ever ordered an Acai bowl and it was FROZEN!!! NOT made fresh! AND IT'S THE SMALLEST ACAI BOWL I'VE EVER PAID $11.00 FOR AND IT'S THE LAST TIME!!

I am not usually the type to write a review, but this I have to say. The employees were unbelievably rude yelling at us to shut up and then continued to refuse to sell us anything. Which I understand we were a little loud but nothing crazy, BUT that is NEVER the way you should treat a customer if they are ever being difficult. I personally work at a job that has a lot of employee-customer interactions and I have been trained to know that that kind of behavior is unacceptable. I have never experienced such AWFUL customer service. Definitely will not be coming back EVER.

The employee who made the smoothie can't work a blender There were ice chunks scattered throughout my smoothie causing blockage in my straw constantly. Threw the smoothie out halfway. Quite a ripoff if you ask me you don't even get to drink the smoothie.

I had my food delivered and when i tried to get points from my receipt 380points, it said someone had already scanned my receipt. This is not okay i paid for that and those are my points

Food good, service as for the employees good, however the advertising of purchasing a food iteam to get a smoothie for $5 is not true.

They call two huge scoops of ice and a lot of water blended with a little frozen fruit and a 1/4 cup of sugar a smoothie. They should not advertise as a health conscientious place. It’s a glorified expensive slushy. I saw the one employee add sugar and when I asked about these i was told flatly that all smoothies have added sugar and mine was already made so I couldn’t request for it to be removed. My husband doesn’t like making a scene so I respected him by not walking out right then and there.
