The food is delicious and everyone treats you like family. You order your food counter service style similar to Chipotle. You choose each item that you want by ordering a bowl, wrap, salad, or fries. Choose a protein so we chose chicken for the salad and topped with veggie mix, Spicy Vindaloo sauce, and other toppings. I got the Paneer bowl that included rice (well cooked too) and I chose Tikka Masala, cauliflower and various other toppings. My husband ordered one samosa and said it too was delicious. We ordered the garlic naan, which was made fresh to order. I would have ordered another naan as it was so good but we were stuffed. We definitely plan to return!
Vegetarian options: You could choose all vegetarian and choose tofu if you don’t do cheese (paneer).

It was okay with limited options but it's hard to call it Indian food. The staff was nice and service was good. The samosa and Naan were very good, but the bowl felt like a mix of leftovers. Tofu is not really Indian food, and "curry" and vindaloo are also Western terms for something, but it's definitely not authentic Indian. The vegetables were mostly microwaved bags of frozen veggies, and the rest was salad such as chickpeas, cucumber, peppers, cilantro. They were out of lettuce (which is the main base), and out of raita. Very unsatisfying and incomplete. Also, my husband's bowl came barely half full, which was a rip off. It shouldn't be advertised as Indian, because it's mostly not.

I had the tikka masala fries with a side of naan and it was good. I would say the portions of food are small for how much you pay hence the lower rating. They also ran out of forks so I had to eat my fries with a spoon... Not ideal.

This is a lovely find. Authentic tasty Indian food. Comes in a bowl which they make right in front of you with different gravy choices. Eat it there or take out away. Novel concept and excellent service.
Kid-friendliness: My daughter doesn't like spicy food but most gravies are mild spicy and I was surprised she relished the kids bowl.

First few bites were just okay but then wow it got amazing!! I got the tikka chicken bowl, with some curry on the side which I asked for and was fun to dip the naan. The naan was fine but the bowl was amazing I didn’t want to stop eating! But I could only finish 2/3 of the bowl

This place has great Indian food. We like the concept of the counter service style where you can choose item by item what you want in your bowl, wrap, salad or fries. The naan was made fresh to order and both the original and garlic versions were fantastic. The rice was cooked perfectly. We got the korma, and tikka masala over steak and lamb and potatoes and were very happy with those choices. The fries are a little underdone so they got soggy fast. Still tasted nice though. The lassi was delicious, and we will be ordering that drink every time. Dad enjoyed his vegan bowl said the tofu was good ??The service was fast and friendly and the place was clean.

We went here 2 times in 2 years as we don't live in UT. But we love this place. Their food tastes simply great. Hope their Desi Mexican American style fusion catches on. We'd love to have them in our city too.

We just had chicken bowls and it was really delicious. Liked the concept and you have variety of options to choose from. The best part is there is no waiting for the food and the host made sure everything is good.
Farthest thing from Indian Taste. The Tikka Masala was literally water, panner , potato didnt feel fresh but Gulab Jamun was good. Overall disappointed with idea of serving Indian food in one bowl or burrito which seems like they have borrowed the idea from Naf Naf Grill / Chipotle. Never going back. Do not recommend going there as they it can never be an authethic indian food.
This has fusion of Indian food but you’ll definitely love it. I ordered paneer bowl which has turmeric rice with lots of veggies and paneer as well. But I love the taste of garlic naan. Do try it out. Gulab jamun was also tasty. But I feel quantity was little less but overall I had a good brunch.
Vegetarian options: There are lots of vegetarian options like paneer, veg salad, samosas, potatoes, mix veg etc.
Kid-friendliness: Totally kid friendly place. There’s special kids menu available.
Parking: There are not a lot of parking spaces but I think they have enough space.
