I have been eating here since it first opened. I absolutely love their food. It’s mine and my boyfriends go to place and has been for years. I ordered food prep for the first time three weeks ago. I chose to only try a week and opted out of the subscription. I even mentioned this when picking up my first meals to the cashier. Well the 2nd week rolled around and I noticed I had another charge. So I called and left a voicemail and didn’t hear back. So I called again and texted. At this point it was late and I worried if I didn’t pick up the meals I’d still end up getting charged so my boyfriend and his friend picked them up for me Monday around 6. I got an angry call the next day from a man named Royce. Saying that I picked up the meals knowing I had a refund coming. He said I had picked them up around 5:00 p.m. Tuesday. I tried explaining to him that my boyfriend picked them up yesterday (Monday) around 6. We ate them for dinner that night. He argued with me for a while accusing me of lying before he abruptly ended the phone call. Myself and my boyfriend are very upset with the service and unfortunately probably won’t be coming back. It sounds like several miscommunications on their end. I am unhappy with the way he treated me not only as a customer but also as a person. Very rude.

Twisted Noodle did not disappoint. We got the Buffalo Chicken wrap gluten-free and the Bacon green chile pasta. Let me tell you, it was phenomenal. The wrap was a hearty, the Flavors were fresh and light. The actual wrap itself was amazing for a gluten-free wrap, if youce eaten gluten-free tortillas, you'll know sometime they taste under cooked this one was great, and it didn't break apart. The pasta was amazing. The creamy cheese sauce was thick and stuck perfectly to the pasta. Everything about the dish was perfect. I was stuffed halfway through the meal. Often, when ordering gluten-free meals, the portions are small, not here. They had very generous portions. We also ordered a Dr. Pepper drink called "I love Blondes. It was a delicious twist to Dr. Pepper. The service was also excellent. We received our order faster, then some drive-through fast food spots. Over all this is a great spot for a quick bite.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free

Twisted Noodle has this really great meal kit program. But the website wouldn't let me access my subscription after two weeks, and they continued to charge me despite my not having made any changes or submitting a new order. Then they refused to respond when I asked for a refund. They have not returned my calls and they refuse to put the money back on my card, even though I drove in to town and asked for them to do so. It's too bad that they can't see that by not refunding my money, I won't be coming back. They will lose more money down the road. Plus, I will put negative reviews for their store as often as I can.

I wish I could have given this place a chance considering all the wonderful gluten free reviews. Right as we were walking up the stairs to enter the building the two teenagers working the counter acted put out before we even entered. The girl saw us and slid down on to the floor (don't want her preparing my food after she was just sitting on the floor) and the kid sulked his shoulders as if he was saying "Gosh I hate my job." Super disappointment and didn't even want to give it a shot after seeing their behavior through the window before even having a chance to get in the building.

Usally love twisted noodle. It's great for vegan options. Today we ordered our vegan options as usual but came out with cheese. Usually not a big deal, as long as it is fixed. The hostess came right back out not even a minute later, said the cook scraped the cheese off and asked if that was okay. It's definitely one thing if the restaurant doesn't offer vegan items, but to offer them and just scrape cheese off the food( along with about half of the food that was originally on there) is highly unprofessional. If an order is incorrect it should be replaced with the correct item.Like I said I usually love this place. But this visit left me very disappointed
