Meal was $30 for 2 coffees and 2 of the lesser expensive meals on the menu. Served water in a paper cup, asked specifically for lemonS and didn’t get any and food was served on flimsy disposable plastic plates. Very strange. First time here. Won’t be back. Will stick with Bishops for a friendlier atmosphere. Hate to be a Debbie Downer but this is just my honest opinion of my experience.

Came in hungry, left with a full plate of disappointment.

From the moment we sat down, our waitress (Savannah) looked like she’d been personally inconvenienced by our existence—eye rolls so frequent I was starting to worry she’d strain something. Yes, we have kids. Yes, ordering takes a few extra moments. No, that’s not a valid reason to serve up attitude with our eggs.

Hash browns? Burnt into a crispy cautionary tale. Coffee? Bitter in all the wrong ways—like the service. The whole experience felt less like breakfast out and more like punishment for daring to leave the house.

Next time, I’ll take my chances with my own cooking. At least my skillet doesn’t roll its eyes at me.

We’ve stopped at this place twice since we moved back to Utah. Both times, we walked in, all tables were full and not a single person walked out to greet us or take a name to seat us. Twice in a span of 3 weeks. We’ve eaten here before and the food was good, previously, but come on. Either staff your restaurant with the appropriate amount of people, or close up when understaffed. Maybe this is just how it is now, but its so disappointing. Not to mention, just standing at the door while no one comes.

Excellent pancakes, great eggs and top notch sausage links. A friend brought me here the other morning and I never even knew the place existed.
Engaging and attentive staff and I could not get over the taste and quality of the pancakes. Well worth a try if you are in the area or driving through. Just a few minutes off the highway and easy to get back on as well. It is hidden behind the Texas Roadhouse.

What a nice diner. Everything you would want with tasty dishes, reasonable prices, quick service. My son and I had breakfast here while on vacation. Really nice breakfast for us both. He had the country fried steak breakfast, billed in a previous review as the best in Utah. He was in agreement. Our server was the lovely Savannah, who was very friendly, attentive and has a great personality. If I lived here, I would be a regular. Highly recommend.

It's a rustic, small-town diner. I personally enjoyed it here, but the food service was a bit on the slower side. Instead of waiting 20-25 mins for our food, it took closer to 45 minutes. Not the biggest deal breaker, but an adorable quirk that some may not like, to be sure.

Also, the pancakes weren't that great.

We have only had breakfast here, and we feel it is the best breakfast served in town. However, the decor can really use a spruce up. The chairs are small and hard, and the booths are well-worn.

Food wasn’t too bad. Prices were decent. Pretty standard diner fair.
What ruined it for me was that there was a buser who seemed new, but not the new buser herself but the way the server treated the new buser. The server who I am assuming has been tasked with training the buser was exceptionally rude to the buser. Scolding her for missing an order or not clarifying “what kind of tea” the patron wanted. I’ve been in and out of the industry for over a decade and if there’s one thing I ever learned is to always treat your support staff with respect. It is super easy to help a new worker out, “hey, why don’t you write the orders down and repeat the order back to everyone to be sure the order is correct”.
Not only was this behaviour abhorrent, it was done within easy earshot of the patrons and made the dining experience exceptionally uncomfortable.
A server doesn’t run the restaurant, they are the face of it and without support staff would go home making minimum wage.
This server seemed young but needs to be put in her place now before she build lifelong career habits like this. The bus lady was green behind the ears but was exceptionally kind throughout service and took excellent and personalised care, and was able to work effectively with this server constantly berating her.

Not here to name names, but I just got out of breakfast a few minutes ago (6/2 11:15 am), I hope management reads this and educates the server on private and teamwork so she can have a healthier mental and professional life moving forward.
