We were in a bit of a rush, saw that the drive through line was long so decided to go inside. They acted like we weren’t even there. There were many other people inside as well. Our food took at least 20 minutes to get out! We were very dissatisfied with the whole experience. They need a new management and definitely are losing customers over this horrible service.

Went to this location at 7pm and the lobby was locked, drive thru was packed and painfully slow. Wouldn’t recommend this location

Always cold food. The parking lot suckssss I always hit the curb I’ve see others do it too. The outside looks like it’s in a bad neighborhood I’d go to a different Wendy’s this one looks bad and is bad.

You know I hate giving wendys a 1 star rating but this store done took the cake. I placed an order for pickup on doordash and I hadn't got there for another 15 minutes. When I get there I see that the only thing that they have prepared for my order was my frosty, they took their TIIIIME to make the rest of the order, which under normal circumstances wouldn't bother me so much but if it's gonna be made slow, why the hell are you making the frosty first?? And then while they were making my saucy nuggets, the kid was just talking to this girl with purple hair for a long while, took him several minutes to do something that should have taken 10 seconds, they also forgot straws for my drinks, a spoon for my frosty, gave me blue cheese sauce instead of ranch, and to PUT THE DAMN ICING ON THE CAKE as if there wasn't enough already, they didn't give me my cream cheese sauce. I had to pay for that separately so it is safe to say I am MAJORLY disappointed. I would not recommend coming to this location at all

disappointed. I was interrupted when i started to order, ordered two biggie bags and a taco salad, and when i got back to where i needed to be, i realized i was missing one of the biggie bags i paid for. i was in class and did not have time to go back. please check your bags before you hand them to customers to make sure you have everything for them :(

This Wendy’s feels a bit like it’s been forsaken by corporate. It could use a facelift and some work done on the parking lot and drive through. Staff are good and the food is above average for Wendy’s.
