Gotta love their tacosalads and frosties! Lots of people dining in the restaurant. The Wednesday theme was very welcomed by my daughter.

This applies to night shift. Lincoln was a complete lying young man. I ordered my mom two of her favorite things and took them to her at the care center. Mind you I went to drive thru because I'm disabled and I have a car ready to blow up at any time. 20.00 and neither of us could believe what we received! A plastic container of wilted lettuce some corn, and a half cup of chili each. The salad parts did not even look like eachother! The chili was horrid! This kid told me on the phone to just bring it back and he'd refund my money! So I drive a total of 25 miles in a crappy car disabled back to get my money back. I go in and he laughed at me! Said he never said that and that he was not doing it! I've never been so upset! He said he was the head manager over that store and that was a lie too. So come Monday I'll speak to the real Manager. Hopefully she will still want our business and compensate me for all of this. Good luck Lincoln. You chose the wrong lady to mess with! I've spent a ton of money in this store to be treated so bad. Have some pride and some responsibility when you know you d I d wrong! Thanks

I saw many flies flying around where the food is prepared and ended up walking out with my kids. Its unsanitary to have insects flying and landing on prepared food or food waiting to be prepared. They need to review their food handlers card about food safety etc.

This is a newer location, so it's been freshly remodeled and it's very clean. Our order was pretty large but they got it correct and the quality was very good.

Ordered Chili with onions and cheese. Chili was lukewarm. Way too many onions. I had to remove them and when I did, there wasn't a lot of chili. He only gave me one packet of crackers.

It's a Wendy's, what more can you really say. This location has a courteous staff and both indoor and outdoor seating. Personally, I like the crispy chicken bacon, lettuce & tomato biggy bag. My wife likes the Jr Bacon Cheese burger biggy bag.

Since the Wendy’s that closed by Cal ranch, I have been coming to this one. Staff a bit rude except 2 people so far (of the ones who mingle with customers). The took 10 minutes to grab my order. Only one person in front of us they were helping the entire time. And we had to stand there smelling a man who didn’t shower or clean up in at least a week. The cashier didn’t seem to know what she was doing for a second. And wasn’t in the mood to deal with people.
The place is semi spotless (inside). Outside can be deep cleaned. Sat at the tables and got black soot all over my son and I. Had to use baby wipes to clean it (helped a little).
The food is good like a 8/10. I have recieved cold fries half cold half hot. The cold we not old but still frozen cold. And the most recent thing is I paid for a kids meal and got no toy. I go back a couple days later and I mention it. All they said was I’ll make sure the toy is in. My son who doesn’t understand yet was upset cuz he didn’t get the make up toy for their mistake. If a customer mentions they messed up usually you get a makeup item. All I wanted one the toy I paid for the previous visit and they refused to even do that. I paid for it and I got gipped. So that just sets the tone that if they screw up an order they will be stingy and not make up for the next mistake.
So not I will have to sit at the window and go through my bags before I leave to confirm we get what we order. Just to avoid any future mistakes.
