Waited 10 minutes. Then was told they did not have chilli. The manager said they were short staff and there were 7 workers there no excuse for how i waited . So i said to.the manager. The place is not organized right. They messed up two orders before me. The manager with red hair told me to leave the restaurant. Rude rude manager. Won't be back

This location specifically NEVER gives you sauce. If you come here make sure you check your bag before you leave (which you should never have to do???) this has happened to me so many times im actually done coming to this location.

We got our food delivered and they were missing many items in the bags, we also got the wrong food that we did order. I called to tell them that the order was wrong and the food we did get was also wrong and they said they couldn’t do anything. Maybe the experience in restaurant is better but I would not do delivery again!!

I’ve never had a worse experience getting food, than I did tonight. The only reason I’m giving this a 1 star, is cause there’s not a negative 10 option. I went at 11:30 PM, and ordered a biggie bag meal. The kid serving me had no clue what planet he was on. Didn’t give me a straw, or my nuggets. Which wasn’t a huge deal, but I came back and got there at 11:49 PM (11 mins before close). Because my girlfriend also wanted some food. The kid running the drive through asked what I wanted, and was cut off by a coworker and shut off his mic and pretended he didn’t know I was there. Also there was a car behind me that arrived the same time as me. So at 11:56, I was sick of waiting and drove to the window. All 3 kids working told me they were closed and will not be making me food. I calmly explained my frustration and that I was being ignored at the speaker, and had also been waiting for 10 MINUTES!!. He was not understanding and a girl in the back was yelling “we’re closed I’m not making food”. He ended up giving me a cold 10 piece, and a completely liquid frosty to “make up for it” I also explained that I had previously been there 15 minutes before, and my nuggets that I paid for were not given to me. And he was completely unwilling and rude and I will never be attending this location again. DO NOT GIVE THIS LOCATION THE TIME OF DAY.
Ridiculous. Closed at 10:30 when it says midnight. Worker tells me he is the only one in there so he can’t run the store. Terrible business. Hope the owner gets his store in check or goes out of business soon

We got in and were the only people in the place around 10. No one greeted us so we ordered on the kiosks. We didn’t see a single employee for 10 min and waited 20 min for our food. By the time we ordered others had come and we counted 5 workers
