Wendy's at Brigham Road has the most inconsistent service I have ever received. Sometimes they don't check in my mobile order even after arriving 10-15 mins after I've placed it. Sometimes it is ready but sitting on their counter or behind their computer instead of the to-go station. Their turnover at this location is really high. Pay the workers better so they stay and provide better service or close this location because I'd 1000% rather have a Taco Bell here.

I used to really like this particular location. But it feels like things have gotten a bit careless over the years.
This week though I think might be my last time going here, even if it's the closest to my house. A couple days ago I got one of their breakfast sandwiches and had eaten quite a bit of it before I realized there was quite a lot of mold on its underside.
I tried calling to let them know they needed to check their bread but no one answered.
Tonight my husband was craving a burger and so decided to get food there for the whole family and not only did they botch the order in terms of the sandwiches we ordered (for example regular chicken instead of spicy), but they also forgot our fries.
I've worked fast food, so I get that accidents happen, but for us to have 2 different orders screwed up in the same week, and especially in some pretty significant ways, it just doesn't say good things about their standards.
To anyone going to this particular location, double check your food before you eat, or leave.

I thought I was in the hood back in Atlanta. Place was dirty food wasnât hot lemonade tasted old cinnamon pull apart not warm they hard like the been sitting out all day. Lemonade tore my stomach up no lie.

Great place! I've been stopping by at least once a week for almost a year. Using the app for deals makes it even better. The staff is very nice.

Came in to use the app and the cashiers who understandably couldnât figure out how to ring up the discount because he was new was having a hard time. So the 2 managers on shift were completely clueless and the tall manager wanted to charge me more than the coupon because they couldnât figure it out! Vicki on the other hand who also is a manager is Amazing, she gets it right all the time but wasnât there. Sheâs why my husband and I keep coming back. She needs to be the main manager and retrain the others
