Usually not a fan of traditional NY, but it’s my dad’s favorite flavor! Will’s cheesecake exceeded my expectations! Such great and friendly customer service! Fast response! As a baker personally, I have very high standards for sweets that I purchase... And these met every one of them!
The chocolate was my personal favorite... But I always have been a sucker for chocolate cheesecake. This was smooth and creamy with no lumps and, surprisingly, not too sweet, which most tend to be.
The original is amazing too with just the perfect amount of sour cream topping on it!
I can't wait to order more!

Benja's for sushi, Crumbl for cookies, Nielsen's for custard, Hawaiian Poke Bowl for poke...and now Will's Amazing Cheesecakes for cheesecake. Everything about these cheesecakes is perfect from the balance in taste to the wonderfully creamy texture to the precision in which these heavenly cakes are presented. Each cake is a masterful work of edible art. I have never had better and I don't think I ever will.
I tried the pecan pumpkin cheesecake and it was the most amazing cheesecake I have ever had in my life ! I am picky with cheesecake and Will created the perfect cheesecake !!!
