Jade at Wingstop Metrocentre is a poor example of how a manager should handle a situation. I honestly can’t believe the way I was treated at Wingstop in the Metrocentre. I had just stepped away to use the toilet for a minute, and when I came back, one of the staff had thrown away my drink and the salt I had brought with me. I was upset, of course, but all I wanted was a simple apology. Instead, the manager (Jade) started talking at me in an aggressive and disrespectful way — staring at my face while speaking to me like I had done something wrong. It felt more like I was being attacked than listened to. This is not how customers should be treated, especially by someone in a management role. If this is how the shop is run, I really feel sorry for anyone else who has to deal with this kind of attitude. Some basic customer service training is badly needed here — or at least some respect.
for the North Myrtle Beach location. We went in last night trying to pick food up for the kids. First off the store was filthy. The tables were nasty and the drink counter was soggy and full of garbage. We waited for our food for 40 minutes and still wasn't ready. So we asked for a refund and the manager refused! She said she was too busy with inventory to worry about giving us a refund. I told her we had been waiting near an hour and we needed to get the refund so we can leave. She said nope and if we wanted it we would have to wait longer and she WALKED AWAY!!!! Are you kidding me ?... never had it ever seen such poor management skills .... and I would know I am a manager in a retail store. We kept sending her employees to go retrieve her and she refused to come out. It would have taken all of 2 minutes or less to issue the refund and move on. After constant back and forth she finally came out and gave us the refund but by this time it was well over an hour. I do not recommend this place to anybody!!!!! I dont see how they can stay in business. That woman has no business being in charge of anything.
Wingstop overall is great. This location though ALWAYS takes forever. I’ve tried ordering ahead of time and in person and no matter what, it is always a long wait when I get there. Not sure why this location is so slow with turn around time. Wings were cold once.
Cashier was sooo sassy and got our whole order wrong and kept rolling his eyes like he just wasn’t paying attention and they got our order wrong and it took like 30 minutes also the bathroom was stinky
terrible wings chewy and disgusting fries were soggy. never again. I'll never go there again. 1 Star.

to whomever reads this DONT EAT FOOD FROM STORE #2838 BECAUSE THEIR STAFF IS RUDE, IGNORANT AND THEY DON'T TAKE THE NECESSARY SAFETY PRECAUTIONS ON SERVICE OR WHEN THEY PREPARE THEIR FOOD AND THE STAFF DON'T SHOW ANY REPSECT FOR PEOPLE'S ORDERS OR THEIR TIME THEY WAITED FOR THEIR FOOD. ALSO MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE BECAUSE WHEN ASKED FOR HE IS HIDDEN AWAY OR ON THE PHONE TEXTING AND LETTING WORKERS WALK OFF THE LINE WHILE THEY ARE ALSO AND THE PHONE WHEN THEY SUPPOSE TO BE WORKING ON THE FOOD OR THE REGISTER. I REPEAT DON'T EAT THERE.

Very rude cashier, long wait for some chicken at least 20 minutes. People were getting their food before us. It wasn’t so busy so I don’t know why it took so long. Terrible sandwich by the way.
Kid at the counter caught attitude when my hard of hearing mother didn’t hear his question. Manager stood off to the side not even doing anything about it. We ended up sitting there waiting for our order that was ready but under a different name than what we gave. Y’all need to retrain your workers, hella disrespectful.
I was really disappointed with my experience at Wingstop. The wait was incredibly long, and when we finally got our food, it was the wrong order. We had to wait another 15 minutes, only to find out they didn’t include the fries or sauce we ordered. By that point, we were so frustrated that we decided to just leave. This all happened at 8:00 on a Thursday, so it wasn’t even a peak time. The food itself was just okay—not bad, but nothing special either. Overall, I expected better service and will think twice before returning. Two stars.

I have eaten here a few times, always happy and love the quality as they are expensive. Today I got a bad order, I called in and Juan let me know that they are training and doing the best they can. He had them remake my order and the quality the second time is a huge difference. Thanks Juan for making it right. You are so awesome!

Not impressed. Paid $24 for me and my husband. Which is fine, so long as we get what we pay for. And we didn’t. I got garlic Parmesan wings and honey bbq wings. When we got our food the wings were lukewarm even though we picked them up immediately after they called our name. They didn’t even toss the wings in the sauce, just splattered it on. Bbq sauce was so obviously sweet baby rays, and the Parmesan wings were just dusted with powdered Parmesan. We easily could’ve made this at home with Tyson nuggets from the freezer section. The fries had a funky taste in my opinion. And to top it all off we watched the people in the kitchen preparing everyone’s food without wearing gloves ?
