Every location I pick up GrubHub deliveries has slow and rude service. I'm about to boycott their pickups with how consistently bad Wingstop is customer service wise.

What a gross experience @wingstop has become. The restaurants are NASTY inside and the fries are HORRID. Bring back the OG fries!!! The Belmead, TX location is a mess, the manager doesn't care, the soda machine didn't have any sodas available. There was trash everywhere and the floors were a mess.

These were some of the best wings I’ve ever had. The wings were perfectly cooked, juicy inside and crispy outside. They came out hot and fresh, and the flavor was spot on. I’ve been to a lot of wing places, and this was easily top tier. If every Wingstop made them like this, they’d be unbeatable. Big thanks to the team for nailing it!

Wingstop near me recently changed to non fresh cut cheap hard fries for the same price. Disappointing. Saving money on fries will make them lose customers. Overcooked fries are not a value add

Ordered 20 wings got 15. Then they wanted to give me 20 wings in the future but only by writing my name down so when I call or go in I say hey you guys messed up my order…. Sorry I don’t trust minimum wage employees to not spit in my food because of a complaint. So I just won’t go back.

I tried to explain to the guy behind the counter what I wanted, but he couldn’t understand me I guess. Ended up with the wings I ordered but not the fries. And then the 8 piece wings I ordered only came with 7… nice.

Healthiest option for late night on Sunset Blvd. Other options are all fast food, so take that with a grain of salt. I was grateful this place is open until midnight. Great service and pretty quick for fresh made food.

Jade at Wingstop Metrocentre is a poor example of how a manager should handle a situation. I honestly can’t believe the way I was treated at Wingstop in the Metrocentre. I had just stepped away to use the toilet for a minute, and when I came back, one of the staff had thrown away my drink and the salt I had brought with me. I was upset, of course, but all I wanted was a simple apology. Instead, the manager (Jade) started talking at me in an aggressive and disrespectful way — staring at my face while speaking to me like I had done something wrong. It felt more like I was being attacked than listened to. This is not how customers should be treated, especially by someone in a management role. If this is how the shop is run, I really feel sorry for anyone else who has to deal with this kind of attitude. Some basic customer service training is badly needed here — or at least some respect.

for the North Myrtle Beach location. We went in last night trying to pick food up for the kids. First off the store was filthy. The tables were nasty and the drink counter was soggy and full of garbage. We waited for our food for 40 minutes and still wasn't ready. So we asked for a refund and the manager refused! She said she was too busy with inventory to worry about giving us a refund. I told her we had been waiting near an hour and we needed to get the refund so we can leave. She said nope and if we wanted it we would have to wait longer and she WALKED AWAY!!!! Are you kidding me ?... never had it ever seen such poor management skills .... and I would know I am a manager in a retail store. We kept sending her employees to go retrieve her and she refused to come out. It would have taken all of 2 minutes or less to issue the refund and move on. After constant back and forth she finally came out and gave us the refund but by this time it was well over an hour. I do not recommend this place to anybody!!!!! I dont see how they can stay in business. That woman has no business being in charge of anything.

Wingstop overall is great. This location though ALWAYS takes forever. I’ve tried ordering ahead of time and in person and no matter what, it is always a long wait when I get there. Not sure why this location is so slow with turn around time. Wings were cold once.
