ALSO MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE BECAUSE WHEN ASKED FOR HE IS HIDDEN AWAY OR ON THE PHONE TEXTING AND LETTING WORKERS WALK OFF THE LINE WHILE THEY ARE ALSO AND THE PHONE WHEN THEY SUPPOSE TO BE WORKING ON THE FOOD OR THE REGISTER. I was really disappointed with my experience at Wingstop. The wait was incredibly long, and when we finally got our food, it was the wrong order. We had to wait another 15 minutes, only to find out they didn’t include the fries or sauce we ordered. By that point, we were so frustrated that we decided to just leave. This all happened at 8:00 on a Thursday, so it wasn’t even a peak time. The food itself was just okay—not bad, but nothing special either. Overall, I expected better service and will think twice before returning. Two stars.

I have eaten here a few times, always happy and love the quality as they are expensive. Today I got a bad order, I called in and Juan let me know that they are training and doing the best they can. He had them remake my order and the quality the second time is a huge difference. Thanks Juan for making it right. You are so awesome!

Not impressed. Paid $24 for me and my husband. Which is fine, so long as we get what we pay for. And we didn’t. I got garlic Parmesan wings and honey bbq wings. When we got our food the wings were lukewarm even though we picked them up immediately after they called our name. They didn’t even toss the wings in the sauce, just splattered it on. Bbq sauce was so obviously sweet baby rays, and the Parmesan wings were just dusted with powdered Parmesan. We easily could’ve made this at home with Tyson nuggets from the freezer section. The fries had a funky taste in my opinion. And to top it all off we watched the people in the kitchen preparing everyone’s food without wearing gloves ?

Mango Habanero, Koren Bbq are my favorite to be in the mild hot , their spicy fire wings are also good and their fries are freshly cut, cheesed up and sprinkled with their signature seasonings!
I called in my son’s order when online was taking too long. We ordered an 8 piece combo meal for $14.83. After paying I notice a sign that says Monday and Tuesday 10 piece for .70 cents. So I ask worker can we make it a 10 piece for .70 cents and he says no that’s only for call in or online orders. I said well the lady could have offered, I did call in she didn’t mention deal on the phone. that would have been better service. He says no it’s for the online system not call in or walk in. If you want expensive service call or walk in, if you can patient deal with online system eat here on Mondays or Tuesdays for possible.70 cent meal, otherwise it’s over priced terrible fried food! The fine print says cannot be used on family meal, combo, or combined with other orders or just being physically there at the location. What a joke of false advertising.

The Lemon pepper wings are the best! Super good flavor and their house made ranch is delicious. The voodoo fries were decent. We dined in, not a ton of room for dine in, but service was fast and friendly.
