After waiting forever in the drive through, we were blocked in or we would have left.
Shake was not even half full and melted.
Was asked to pull forward and they would bring food out.
Had to go in and get our food after we saw the kid helping us go on a vape break and the girl inside in PJs had zero clue about our order.
Food was cold by then.
A manager emailed me and offered us a free shake.
Yeah, we won’t be going back.
