Hi I usually really love this location, I did a mobile order for a hot matcha, it came out iced, they quickly and kindly said they’d remake it and would even let me have the wrong order (I didn’t take it but I thought that was a kind offer). However when they remade the drink it wasn’t made with the right milk, I ordered it with the protein milk which does cost extra, there was no SF vanilla and I will leave a photo linked off what the inside of the cup looked like it was...
Nice location but it’s no falcon hill. They almost always prioritize the drive through too heavily if they’re busy. The drinks were good, well made. My issue was one of the double smoke sandwiches I ordered had no bacon on it and they were both kinda dry and bland.
I simply order a pike and water.
This particular starbucks has always served me a fresh hot cup of coffee. I appreciate the atmosphere that feels welcoming.
