took ten minutes to even get my payment. and my food was cold.
Sugars
The custard is first rate, the service is hit or miss depending on how many kids are working.

I've had better food elsewhere, but this is still a really good place.

Beautiful location. Cheerful staff. Delicious Italian Ice. I got a kids' ice, 1/2 Cherry, and 1/2 Margarita. Wonderful texture.
Paradise in a 6 oz cup. Perfect size for a quick, lite treat.

Stop here for dessert. Been to other locations not this one. It took our order quickly and the food came out quickly. Had a lot of bugs that night. So we didn't stay too long in the sitting area.
The custard was excellent and has it has been at any zeppe's location.
The owners of the establishment have set up the credit card payment system so that the person taking your order tells you there's a question you have to answer. They turn the tablet around and you have to decide how much you want to tip. I don't generally tip for something that I order while standing up. I'm sure the workers do a great job but the job requires them to put ice cream in a cup at hand it to me.
Vegetarian options: Italian ice is vegetarian
Parking: A free parking lot
Kid-friendliness: They have kids size items
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp

Don't bother coming here.
The ice and custard is just like any other place. My oreo shake could have used more oreo in it. Service was terrible, the teenage girls working the place seemed more interested in holding their boyfriend's hand than doing their job. The outdoor sitting area is awful. All the trash cans were full and attracting every wasp in the state. All the benches were covered in dried sugary custard and Italian ice spills, also attracting tons of wasps. Ended up just having to eat it at home.
Tips for the owner, empty trash cans more often or move them away from tables so customers don't get swarmed by wasps. Maybe power wash the tables every night so customers have a clean place to eat, which will also reduce the attraction of stinging insects.
Wheelchair accessibility: Has handicapped parking and a nice ramp up to the order window.

We found the original Zeppe's in North Ogden years ago and couldn't wait until it opened every year. Then we found they were openning more locations and this one is so close to home. We love the flavors and although my kids are not fond of the custard, that's my favorite part. If we have really worked up an appetite then we'll also get a salted pretzel or churro.
Parking: The off street parking always has room when we go.

I have a wild Idea, How about You have Lemon - Italian Ice. instead of every time I call, tell Me You'll do a customer request. Lemon Ice is the reason You exist! 90% of the time, No Lemon!

The girl that took my order, she asked me if I wanted something to my drink and she couldn't even begin to explain what she was talking about.

I love the food, but every time I go I get terrible service. Employees are poorly trained. Won't be returning to this iteration of the establishment.
Also closing times are falsely advertised and brutally enforced.

I'm a long time Zeppes insane fan. But not anymore. The gelatos are decent. However, this establishment is completely kaput. We came around 9:55, we waited and selected our flavors, then they took forever to take our order, and by 10:02, the Zeppes was "closed", and they asked us to leave. The workers were clearly scraped from the bottom of the moldy barrel. Unfortunate. I wanted ice cream.
But wait! Thurgoods Creamery is about 2 minutes away! I'm going there now.
