I paid for a build your own I asked for 4 toppings and they only put two topping on my pizza, I should have not been charged for a build your own and charged for a two top.

I'm lactose and this is the only pizza I can eat. They sent me a regular cheese pizza with sharpie in there saying sorry out of vegan cheese. Why send this in delivery when I cannot eat it? I called and the staff member was super unprofessional and unhelpful then hung up. I had to drive in there for them to say oh you have to talk to our GM tomorrow but refused to write down my name or anything so thereās a record of it. Used to be friendly, now the staff is awful, they canāt keep things in stock. I will make pizza at home.
ALSO I see another customer had the same issues just two weeks ago so you havenāt fixed the issue. When someone orders things due to allergies you canāt send them another thing you have in stock to just fulfill the order. You must cancel and refund. If they didnāt realize it was real cheese and ate it I wouldnāt blame them to sue. Stop sending real cheese instead of vegan when youāre out.

Look at the photos of the receipt and the pizza. Tell me if those are the same pizza. It was stone dead cold to boot, like it was pulled out of the fridge and sent out. When we called to try to resolve the issue we were told we had to deal with the delivery service because it want their fault that they got the pizza wrongā¦ This is beyond disappointing. Avoid like the plague.

We went into the Blaze Pizza in Taylorsville for dinner and was ignored by the workers. After standing in front of the counter for over 10 minutes without being acknowledged and loudly commenting that I guess no one is going to take our order one of the workers finally said to us that they would be with us in a few minutes. The care more about taking online orders then they do serving in person customers. We will not being going back to this company again. I understanding needing to fulfill the online orders but the in person customers should be taken care of too. We finally left after 20 minutes of not having our order taken and they didn't even care that we left. Very bad service!

Weāve supported this location for a while now but tonight was a let down due to service. Three people working and a slow down. The older gentleman and girl were great, while we feel the guy at the register/oven slacked. They were out of vegan cheese (due to it not defrosting right for some time today as explained) - which definitely threw us off a bit. We then paid and watched our 3 pizzas and cheesy bread sit beside the oven for a few mins (at least 5) while the oven was empty. We thought maybe the temp? Nobody said a word, but the older guy and girl were helping other customers. We asked for our pizzas to be extra crispy, the guy working the oven then corrected with āyou mean well-done?ā. Our pizzas ended up not being āwell-doneā compared to previous visits. He also boxed our pizzas, notifying they were ready but we had to ask for drizzle despite us talking to him about it before. The guy *did* have two ear pieces in the whole way - so maybe he wasnāt able to hear us or focus properly. All 3 pizzas werenāt really cut at the end either - had to do it ourselves. Disappointed.
Ordered two vegan cheese two topping pizzas. Only one had cheese on it. And the cheese bread we ordered with vegan cheese had regular cheese on it. Complete waste of money.

I donāt know what any negative review on this place is even talking about. I just had a wonderful experience from the nicest staff members. Iām so grateful for the awesome pizza that they gave me five stars. This is my new favorite location.
