This place never disappoints. My pizza is always made exactly how I like it and they are very accommodating. Shout out to the spicy red sauce and their employees!

When I lived in the Orlando area, there was a Blaze pizza at Disney Springs that was high quality, fast, and delicious. I moved to Utah and wanted to take my mom and show her. We both met there on our lunch breaks and barely made it back in time to work without getting to take a single bite. We were the only ones in line and were not greeted for 5-7 minutes, and there seems to be no sense of urgency. Service was slow and mediocre at best. The woman building our pizzas was very skimpy on the toppings while her friend loaded up other pizzas. Unfortunately, we were unable to eat our pizza when it was warm. It’s fairly good warmed up. Please do better in training employees to go quickly and not ignoring the walk-in customers in favor of online.

Just went in to pickup my online order. Sat in the online order line for almost 10 minutes. Multiple workers looked at me but never acknowledged me while I sat and waited. I walked to the other end to see if they’d help me over there and the worker told me I needed to go back over to the online order side. Workers seemed like they didn’t know what was going on/ didn’t care to help the customers. Very disappointed.

Why are the receipts papers being put under my food? Half of the receipts were put on the boxes while the other half was under my food on the parchment paper.

Excruciatingly slow service today, normally they are pretty good. Super weird vibe when they are working on Internet orders and we’re just standing there looking like idiots. I feel like I was a really big inconvenience to them today.
Ever since these places popped up all around me, I’ve always wanted to try it. I heard that it was expensive, but that was not the case at all. This restaurant did not let me down. Everything here is amazing, from the relatively cheap prices, to the taste. The customization for your pizza is almost endless! This restaurant is enjoyable for everyone. The lids for drinks are extremely nice, and don’t require a straw, which is a pretty cool way of self-sustainability

I didn’t get a photo of it…but the crew here is great. Particularly the manager. I went to grab a pizza during a rush and they were absolutely swamped. Watched them grinding out pizzas in a timely manner and were incredibly kind. I just wanted to shout them out for that. I’d go back on a heartbeat.

My kids love getting pizza here. They only eat pepperoni or cheese pizza, so it’s not hard to order and get correctly. When I get a build your own pizza for myself ordering through the app they always miss a topping every time I have ordered. They don’t seem to put on much either. When my kids want Blaze I will get them some, but I will eat somewhere else.

Wonderful, friendly staff and excellent food! My son and I loved our pizza and even though my survey code for a free dessert hadn’t come through we were still able to get a free cookie! Thank you guys, we’ll be back!
