The people were very pleasant to work with and the food was great! The wife needed a lettuce wrap burger because of her health issues and they were very kind and made it just way she likes it.
Sadly this place has gone down hill . the store seemed to be falling apart ice machine soda spout receipt printer . I felt obligated to give a tip to drive thru cashier because she just handled it. Then the drink holder popped open a drink and got everywhere in my car. Chicken wasn't fully cooked. Fries tasted old. I asked for ketchup and got fry sauce. They place was not busy at the time. I guess I'm out $12 and still hungry. This is my third time at this location and I don't know why I chose to come Again! I used to love Carl's, and I'm not even mad, just disappointed in myself for coming again. I didn't go inside cause I have my baby in the car asleep.Edit: the cashier returned my money through the drive thru window.
