audible response to let us know if someone else would help us, or if he would later.We waited. When he approached the register he didn’t speak. I ordered. He didn’t give either myself or my boyfriend a receipt, so we went back later to take them from the machine ourselves.Very poor service.I was mostly disappointed though that the chocolate shake continually is unavailable (as it is at several/most other locations for quite awhile now). The shakes are my primary draw for coming to Carls Jr. ?

We arrived at about 6 pm. Door was locked during business hours, but the other door wasn’t. We stood at the counter several minutes before the guy decided we weren’t going away and he took our orders. I don’t think he could have seemed more put out by us actually wanting to come inside to eat. His name was Gary and it was probably the worst service we’ve ever had at Carl’s.

I waited 30 mins in the drive thru, I'm guessing they are low on staff so I understand but when I got my food the fries and sandwich were both cold, and my drink was only filled halfway with no ice.

I would rate this business as a negative 5 if I could. They send an email for 3 for $9.00. It would not commect and allow me to order so I went to the store. The person at the counter said it had to be done on line. I showed him that it would not work on line. He still said no. Asked for manager and he refussed. I saw the manager when I entered so I know he was there. VERY poor service.

Went through the drive through, the guy was nice and patient. But it took a while to get my food and I was the only one there. On top of that the fries were flavorless and uncooked/floppy. This was the only food I've had all day and it gave me food poisoning.Kid-friendliness: Had 2 for $5 kids menu

They've become so cheap that you no longer get decent lettuce with the burger!!!??? Carl's jr. Was the one I picked over the rest of fast food burger joints because of this. Now it's just as low quality..... I had to put my own lettuce on it just to enjoy the burger!!! Iceberg is poor Man's lettuce, it's flavorless and what's the point of putting it on the burger it's like I'm chewing on celery.Get it together Carl.... We pay enough for the burger to get quality lettuce... don't be a cheapskate.My $2.58 green lettuce... Carl's white lettuce...
