KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot Reviews
I’m sorry, but this was horrible. A lot of it may have seen in the delivery. It was supposed to be in person, hand to hand, and with text notification of arrival. The food arrived cold, missing soup, soy sauce; one of the drinks ordered spilled when the bag apparently was dumped at our door, soaking the sack.. all this for more than $60 bucks AND a tip for deliver on top of a delivery charge? Never again.

KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot is a bustling restaurant that requires planning ahead. Friendly staff guide newcomers through the Korean BBQ experience, ensuring everyone enjoys the full experience without any rushing. Guests can savor delicious options, including fresh vegetables, while listening to K-pop tunes. Note: wheelchair accessibility can be challenging due to the large space.
The serve-yourself area is always stocked, and the ordered food comes out quickly, thanks to a tech-forward ordering system where everything is chosen from a tablet. The cost is rather high, around $35 per person, which may be more than expected. For Utah standards, this is one of the better Korean BBQ all-you-can-eat places, though Galbi is not included in the lunch menu, only dinner.
Customers praise the great dining experience, highlighting the variety of meats, seafood, tofu, mushrooms, and unique vegetables as outstanding. The sauce bar is considered a true win, allowing guests to mix and match for a real flavor adventure. The atmosphere is neon-lit and infused with K-pop, adding a fun energy that feels modern and playful.
While it’s on the pricier side, many believe it’s worth it for an interactive and surprisingly authentic night out. The service is attentive, with staff ensuring drinks are topped off and even swapping out grill plates when needed. Guests feel that KPOT is a great place for different occasions, whether for a date or a gathering with a big group. Overall, it’s a spot that impresses many and keeps them coming back for the hot pot and BBQ experience.
