I was disappointed after not getting my points for 2 giant sandwiches, the cashier wasn't paying attention that I ordered two sandwiches, then lied to me when I asked him if I got all of my points.

I just barely visited the location and I was short some change to get a combo meal and the guy at the register was like don't even worry about it he even gave me a discount so I could get the combo meal great customer service

I am beyond impressed with the service at this Jersey Mike's! My elderly father ordered the other day and Edwin, the employee who helped him, was incredibly sweet and patient. He treated him with the utmost respect, making sure he got exactly what he wanted. It’s rare to see such kindness, and it made his day. We will definitely be back thanks to Edwin!

This used to be our location. After watching Kaitlin be rude and roll her eyes at the customer ahead of us I was put off, but when she shouted at me to get my condiments I blew. NEVER will we come to this location until the people ESPECIALLY Kaitlin either learn some etiquette/customer service skills or are terminated. The others, for the most part are ALWAYS friendly, patient, and outgoing. Sad day

We are a big fan of Jersey Mikes, but this location (Taylorsville 5400s) is especially our favorite. We actually have 2 locations that are closer to us, but we will travel the extra distance to come to this spot. The crew is always friendly and entertaining. The customer service is amazing and the sandwiches are made exceptionally well. Good job guys! Thanks for being our go-to spot!!

This place is fabulous. We love Jersey Mikes. Their food is always exceptional. The online ordering system is great and fast. When my husband went to pick up our order the nice man up front said it would take a couple minutes and gave him a free drink while he waited! As always, the sandwiches are amazing. #8 is the best!

The people who work at this store are so so good. Like they should be teaching classes on customer service because right when you walk in the door you can tell this staff is going above and beyond to make people feel cared about and welcome. It's actually really awesome to see. The food is amazing but the staff is like top notch honestly. Like I said they should be teaching classes.

Ordered the vegetarian sandwich. The guy asked if I wanted the cutting machine cleaned because it had meat pieces all over it. I said yes and then he was super annoyed and told me everything touches the meat anyway. I love Jersey Mikes and the one in Sandy ALWAYS cleans the machine with soap and water and rinses it without asking or acting like its a huge deal.

I ordered through the app. I was supposed to get 3 cookies and Doritos. I ended up getting 2 cookies and whatever a “TastyKake” is which is NOT what I ordered. As it is for delivery it has to be over $15 so I always order extra. I order from here often and I’m very displeased. Also no napkins in the bag.

So tired of the Jersey Mikes stores blowing off the customers that come into the store because the online orders are more important. 8 customers in line before us. None of them being helped. 5 employees fulfilling online order. Perhaps they need employees specifically to serve online and employees specifically to serve dine in. It’s clear their dine in customers mean nothing to them.
