Chilaquiles
Traditional Mexican breakfast that consists of triangular cut corn tortilla that are then fried. Then sautéed with either red or green salsa and topped off with our specialty birria, sour cream, queso fresco, eggs (optional).

32 oz. Consome con Carne (Broth with meat)
A 32 oz. Cup of beef broth with a half pound of shredded meat.

Well, I can definitely say that this plays is definitely worth it, me and my wife went here a couple of months ago, knowing the owner, Alejandro, we wanted to see what the hype was about. And trust me, this place was phenomenal, great service from the owner, the food …. oh my gosh, everything that we had was great and we are definitely gonna be coming back. I highly recommend this location.

If you have a craving. For birria this is the place. The Birria Quesadilla is well done. The outside is crispy with the inside a perfect blend of cheese and meat. The strength and durability of the quesadilla is from the crispy outside with the tender inside being held together with generous cheese melted together.

Los Tapatios turns out the best birria tacos and consomme in the Salt Lake valley. They have a great selection of salsas as well.
Seriously, I have tried birria from so many places and they do it so well here.
