I arrived at 10:03 excited to have breakfast and try this place, all the lights were off and 2 minutes later an employee was barely arriving, it seems like they were barely going to do any preparation, I realized that this was going to take a long time and I left I don't understand what the point is of saying they open at 10

I ordered a torta de milanesa. Not over cooked. Big portions. Did not skimp on the flavor. The restaurants here in Salt Lake City are just as good as the street vendor food in downtown LA. I would definitely recommend trying it their entire menu.
