It’s the kind of place that makes you want to slow down. I sat with a bowl of bun bo hue, let the steam hit my face, and just breathed in all the spices. The broth had a deep, almost smoky note that lingered beautifully.
The décor is minimal but elegant, with subtle Vietnamese touches that feel warm and familiar. Our server was incredibly sweet, always smiling, and genuinely cared if we were enjoying the food. It made the whole experience feel very personal.
The shaking beef was so tender I barely needed a knife. Each cube was packed with flavor, with just the right char on the outside. Whoever’s in that kitchen knows what they’re doing.
