We chose to go to Subway to use the BOGO 50%. We arrived at the restaurant and tried to use the APP to order. BOTH of us, from separate phones. The APP just kept doing a circle thing with the Subway logo and wouldn't open. We asked the women in the restaurant to assist us. No one spoke English! We called and when the same employees answered the phone, they said in Spanish they only understand Spanish, no English. So our order of 2 foot longs was $17.38! That is ridiculous. We will never order Subway again. There should ALWAYS be an employee who speaks English on duty in America. So if you didn't catch it, three issues. #1 The APP should work next to the restaurant. #2 At least one of restaurant employees should speak English in America. #3 Customer Service training is needed. They should at least try to help people with APP issues, and if they don't know how, at least have a phone number that people can call to trouble shoot. (OR Offer the discount in the store as a manager.) I gained no "rewards" points because the employees didn't care I am a member. Obviously didn't care about our language barrier. Even using Google Translate would have been SOME KIND of indication they cared. I'm SO disappointed.

The guy at drive thru was super rude I order a Philly cheesesteak toasted with American cheese and I got a cold steak sandwich with no cheese and steak and onions only, I was already home when I notice this so wasn’t going back but do not stop at this location it super bad and employees are

I was trying to get as close to a good Italian sandwich as I can get since I don’t live be a real Italian market I’ve been craving one so I said give me “every thing” except jalapeños what I got was a huge huge disappointment. No one asked me what veggies or any thing I jus got meat & cheese how is that even a Italian sandwich at all this is so disappointing ? patheticThe first person I spoke to had a very hard time understanding me so I had to wait for a gentleman to come I feel like there was still issues understanding what I wanted I paid $12 for bread meat & cheese ?

I ordered the #12, they asked if I wanted EXTRA veggies I said "no the 12 the way it is" they ask "any EXTRA sauce" I say "no nothing extra, the #12 the way it is" .... Y'know what I got? Turkey with bacon and mozzarella on Italian herb and cheese. I will never again trust a subway drive thru because now I know that y'all can't do your job without being watched like a hawk. I'm not going back to complain, just gonna leave this and take one on the chin.

I ordered two subs toasted. Sadly, when I got home, they were soggy and not toasted. The man at the drive thru barely knew how to communicate . It sucks this used to be my subway ever since 2017, but now it gets worse everything. Subway fix this !!

The sandwich was overly salty and soggy, making it unappetizing. Additionally, the atmosphere of the shop seemed out of place, more akin to a Mexican setting than what you'd expect from a Subway. Overall, it was a displeasing visit.

I went today and the lady that attended us that had a bun and highlights was such in a attitude that got me and my partner upset, then we said LIGHT mayo and mustard and she did completely the opposite, im just upset how she had an attitude with us.

I've usually loved subway but this location screwed up my order so bad in the drive through that I think they purposely did the opposite of everything I asked for. I ordered 2 foot long subs. I asked for wheat bread, got white (completely dried out). I asked for all vegetables except one, they did a few pickles on one sub. I asked for turkey and got roast beef. I asked them not to toast them because I was in a hurry and they toasted one sub. How could anyone be so incompetent? I didn't open the subs til I got home and when I did they looked like a 3rd world countries prison lunch that wasn't even worth a dime. Never go through the drive through and always check your order before you leave with these guys. I couldn't bring them back right away because I had to get back to work.Update: They did say I could come back some time later to have them remake my subs so I guess we'll try again and see how it goes and I'll add a star for them trying to remedy the situation.

If I could read it, zero stars, I would pull into the drive-through. The guy goes to take our order. I order a 6 inch ham on white. OK he says pauses a minute. What kind of sandwich do you want? Ham I reply what size 6 or 12? He says I said 6 inch he asks what kind of meat I said ham. He asked me what I wanted on it. I replied American cheese, bacon, pickles, banana, peppers, mayo he said I'm not ready for what you want on it yet. Well then what did you ask me for? He asked each thing individually as we went, it took over 15 minutes for him to make one 6 inch ham sandwich, I get it. I pull away start driving open my sandwich and guess what I did not get ham no ham my ham sandwich had no ham on it. Seriously I got cheese and bacon.‍‍‍ bread was stale and crusty. No Custom service what so ever. I called the store and told them what happens. They just said. Huh that's to bad. No cares given. If you're in the area go somewhere else done waste your time. It's not worth it. They always have problems.

My order was completely wrong, I ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki and was given a roast beef sub despite repeating myself a numerous amount of times, there were 2 people attempting to help me through the drive through, it was also late night and not busy so I fail to understand why they couldn’t get it right.
