Had an unfortunate experience, ordered all of meal “extra crazy” (3-items, which costs more per item ) when I received the meal nothing was done as per requested and extra paid for. My toddler was screaming the in back seat so as expected I went to hand her a bread stick, when I noticed the breadsticks where dry and not done as requested, I sent my partner in to get everything corrected, refused to do either one of the breadsticks even though only one bag was opened. Paid extra for nothing. $27 dollar meal with tip. Situation was handled poorly I could’ve let one of the bags go because my daughter ate one, wasn’t asking for a whole new bag, but the unopened one is just lazy. Would’ve just ordered online and had it ready to go instead of waiting but “extra crazy” isn’t an option and food is consistently dry.

Absolute disaster, after nearly an hour, yes I said an hour, food was still not ready. Wife was waiting in the car with screaming kids and ended up leaving without our food. The lobby was filled with irate customers and the manager was nowhere to be found having the poor gal at the register dealing with all the upset customers. Terrible leadership. Zero effort was made to make things right with customer that had been waiting for far to long. This location prioritizes people ordering from their couch over those of us that don’t want to take second mortgage to pay for door dash.

I was able to get some pepperoni pizzas for as cheap as two packs of smokes. Probably a better investment. I am very satisfied with this place. 🙂

Little Ceasars is great when you want to get something that is hot and ready when you get there to take home it's a time saver. Although with this inflation the price keeps increasing and the quality is decreasing. It used to taste a lot better than it does now but it's still not bad.

There were so many issues eith our order it's difficult to know where to begin. We paid extra for a supreme pizza and a sausage pizza. Before ordering, I asked what was on the supreme, making sure there was no mushrooms, and I get home and there were mushrooms all over the pizza. I can no longer eat that pizza. Not to mention the sausage was burnt and the sauce didn't cover all the pizza. The same issue happened with the sausage. It was bad. We had 2 of 4 inedible pizzas and the breadsticks were dry, dry, dry. Never going back to this again!

I order pizza online and request pickup in the portal. The last 3-4 times I have been in they claim the pizza is ready in the portal, but it’s not in there. When I ask they just say it’s not ready. Nobody cares about it either. There doesn’t seem to be any reason why they would mark it ready in the portal when it’s not ready(unless they are lying about their order wait times). There are 6 names on the screen, but no products in the actual portal (see photo). I will change my rating if they resolve the problem.
Today will be the last time I use little Caesars. Used the app it text me and emailed me that my order was ready, came in and it is not ready and they had no explanation of why the app text me. The girl was very rude and just shrugged it off and I had to wait another 30 minutes. Boooooo little Caesars booo
