Can't speak to much of the menu, but the Spaghetti Carbonara listed the proper ingredients for "real" carbonara - so all three of us ordered it - and it was delicious. \n\nService was attentive - atmosphere was nice - fairly busy on a Saturday night so the locals obviously like it.\n\nOnly thing i didn't like (as a tourist) - ZERO Alcohol (remember this is a locals restaurant in Utah) - I had my heart set on a Peroni Beer, but all they had was Zero Alcohol...
My friend who works here (Elias) was late by 12 minutes. But he made up for it. Kadence let me in even though I was VERY early, gave me water, and was so nice. So quiet and peaceful. Wish I could tip. All road lead to rome

The food was good, but not necessarily worth the price tag. The place is dry, which would be nice to know up front. The mocktails are tasty, but there's no reason for them to be so expensive if there's no alcohol in them.
I got the focaccia bread to start, which was ok. Nothing to write home about. I got the salmon for the entree, which was the highlight out of everything....
