We had a 12 pack of tacos delivered. 6 hard shell supreme and 6 soft shell supreme. They arrived lukewarm and on the soggy side. Some had too much sour cream. Lots of different hot sauce packets which we enjoyed.
I had an issue with my original order but Megan and TJ were SOOOOO helpful with making it right. We are all human and make mistakes but thank you to the people who took it seriously and went above and beyond to fix it. It is so appreciated!
I came here about a week ago with my partner because i’ve been craving some taco bell, i ordered a cravings box not knowing it wasn’t on the menu but it still rang up and i paid for it. the bigger guy working there (assuming he’s a manager) went up to the worker taking my order and yelled at him telling him to learn the menu when him as a manger should be teaching his employees how to take orders and learn the menu. the kid went and talk to him and they still made my cravings...
