Mediocre food and portion sizes. These 5-star reviewers seem to have never visited a big city like LA with good Mexican street food.

Excellent street tacos (the Taco de Alambre is a must try), excellent super stuffed quesadillas. High quality ingredients, prompt service. A mandatory stop after a long hike in Capitol

Excellent food at reasonable prices. We ate there two nights and service and food were excellent both nights. Pleasant decor and great service.

Even though it’s a food truck, there are a few tables to sit and enjoy the food. Al Pastor taco is a masterpiece!I believe this is southwest next legendary food spot.

I had a great burrito there and my decision was also approved by the Capitol Burger guy down the road, which says a lot about the quality of the food (and how nice the Capitol Burger guy is :))

No joke the best taco I've had in my life. I got the Al pastor pork and it was perfect in every way. This is a must go place if you plan on visiting Capitol Reef.

Absolutely delicious! El pastor was flavorful, carne asada was tender, and the autentico taco was well balanced and unique for us! Would highly recommend.
Great Al pastor tacos. Will come back before I leave the area. Wish they were open more days of the week.

The food was totally mediocre. We ordered enchilada and fish tacos. The enchilada was not acceptable. As if it was put together without care. Even the salsa taste bland. Not sure who are giving this place a 5 star..probably they ordered their special dishes. But I tell you if a Mexican restaurant can’t served us a decent tacos or enchiladas then IMO…they are failing. I told the server the food was not good but his service was good. The total bills we paid was almost $45 including tips.
