Some people working are great some are not got my order wrong came back the next day to try and get what I ordered it took a minute but finally made it right thank you please get some of those night shift guys to care about there jobs nothing more maddening than getting home to find you have the wrong food but thanks for making it right
I’m glad I gave this Jack in the Box a chance. The employees immediately helped me out, and I got my food in under 3 minutes. The sandwich was delicious, but the fries weren’t very hot. The lobby was clean and there was plenty of seating for 2 pm on a Saturday.
My last two visits my orders have been missing items; first, only recieved 1 of 2 tacos and then had missing curly fries the second visit. The cashier also gave me incorrect change, gave him $10.54 to cover $9.54 total but instead of giving me a dollar change, he only gave me .46 and I didn't realize this until driving away.
