This is my favorite food in the whole world!! Their sweet and sour pork is lean and so tender it melts in your mouth! I have driven from slc just to get their food many times because I've never found anywhere with food like theirs.
Not really a Vietnamese restaurant, except that it's owned by Vietnamese people. The cuisine is more based on chinese styles and flavors, adapting to their market here in small-town Utah. Having said that, I enjoy the Vietnamese Beef Salad which is chopped lettuce, marinated onions and beef strips, with an Asian vinaigrette. That's my favorite, which I usually pair with fried rice. Good stuff.

We come here from out of town from time to time just for their Vietnamese salad and beef noodles. If you're expecting great Chinese food, you shouldn't because it's Vietnamese/Korean. The food is amazing and the restaurant has been owned by the same couple for as long as I can remember! They cook and do all the service themselves, they are an amazing couple. Come here for the food and hometown feel, you'll love it!
