China Express has vastly improved under new ownership, with very tasty General Tso chicken and spicy Szechuan beef. The egg rolls were crispy but could use more filling. Ordering online is easy with helpful food pictures. It's very kid-friendly with wheelchair accessibility and convenient parking. Despite some service issues, the reviewer plans to return for another visit.
