Customer service is amazing!!! I often go to get myself a treat when i’m having a hard day, and the employees never fail to compliment me or ask me how I am, and tell me to have a good day. I love knowing that I can come get the yummiest lemonade and pretzels and I will always be greeted with a smile and the cheeriest attitudes. You can tell their employees love their job. If I could give a 100 star review I would❤️❤️
We just went thru Beachin in Roosevelt and Sadie was out taking orders on the tablet, she was super amazing! She completely made my day with the nicest compliments and she was so sweet!

Waited at the window for 12 minutes and nobody ever came to take our order or let us know it would be a while or anything. My husband could see they had a door dash order and even after it was ready and said the dasher was arriving nobody ever showed up to take our order or anything. We waited patiently as it was obvious they were doing a door dash order but talk about terrible customer service to not even let your customer know it will be a 20 minute wait or however long it may...read full review
