They quote one price and then change it saying they can’t enter an extravaganza but would have to make it up by adding toppings (?) and they seemed very confused. The manager was very unfriendly and unhelpful on the phone.
Another time, about two months ago, I ordered a pizza to be delivered (less than a mile away). They said 45 minutes but after an hour and 45 minutes, no pizza was delivered and no one even bothered to call, while we waited for nothing.
